A clean and comfortable hotel in a very strategic location, just a short walk from the Bukit Bintang MRT station. It is also conveniently close to Jalan Alor and Saranghae/Sarapan Pagi for a taste of delicious nasi lemak and local food. Overall, it was a very warm and wonderful staycation. The location, cleanliness, and easy access to nearby attractions made our stay truly enjoyable. Definitely a pleasant place to stay in Bukit Bintang!

Hotel is at a great location, walking distance to many eateries at Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang MRT, Pavilion etc. A laundromat is just next door at a very affordable price and with wash and fold express service. Room is comfy with cozy lighting and bed. Hotel is kind enough to provide complimentary birthday decor for my birthday guest upon request. Highly recommended!

Good choice hotel, if I come back to KL, I will most likely stay at this hotel, because access to everywhere is very close, Pavilion (10-14 minutes) / Alor Street (4-6 minutes), just a few hundred meters walk. If you want to go to Haniffah / Mydin, just take the GO-KL blue line bus from in front of Sephora stop at Munshi Abdullah.

Only missed a cupboard in the room, otherwise all things were good. The main problem is the early check-out. As we came late at night, 12 PM is too early. At least a little bit of margin is required.

The room is quite comfortable. The ceiling is really high. The service is quite fast. The location is really good, near the city center. Needs improvement: Cleanliness needs to be improved. Need an extra bathroom mat because there is no separation between the bedroom and bathroom. Need a deposit when checking in.

The room smelled really good and was comfortable enough. However, the towel had dirt on it. We asked for a change, but the second towel also had dirt, though it was better. I hope management addresses this, as the dirt was clearly visible on the towel.

The location is good and convenient. However, there was no refrigerator or drinking water in the room. Most importantly, the towels were quite old and not very clean, and they had an unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness and quality of the towels in the future.
