I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sentral, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! *Location:* The hotel is conveniently located near Kuala Lumpur Sentral, making it incredibly easy to access public transportation, including the MRT, LRT, and KLIA Ekspres. This made exploring Kuala Lumpur a breeze, with several attractions just a short ride away. *Accommodation:* The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. *Amenities:* The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a restaurant serving a diverse range of delicious cuisine. Just for sleeping at night, the AC is cold, there is a TV but I didn't have time to watch it, the bathroom is clean, there is a bidet, water heater, there are lots of food stalls & minimarts around, it's worth it for the cheap price.

I have been staying at Myhotel KL Sentral for more than 5 times since 2022 until now. And, this is the WORST EXPERIENCE that I ever had. I had booked a room for two person for 4 nights this time. On the first night, the room given to me (310) had a malfunction air condition, which did not cool despite at 16C for more than 30 minutes. I complained and they shifted me to another room (207) which can house 3 pax. This room has a good functioning air cond. On the night, the receptionist (Mr Siva) informed me that I might need to change to room 310 once they had serviced the air cond. I said OK. The next day, when I asked a new receptionist (unknown name) if the air cond of room 310 had been serviced, he said not yet and I can stay at 207 until I check out on 2nd Aug. However, on 31st July (3rd day of stay), when I was rushing at 1030am for an appointment, a new receptionist (a girl) told me that I had to check out of the room 207 now (as they have new guests coming in) . I was furious and angry at her. Firstly, the hotel did not inform me earlier that I had to check out from room 207 and to enter room 310. I am OK for this moving back. The problem is they DID NOT COMMUNICATE to me earlier. She and the manager apologised to me profusely, but I told them I am rushing and could only do so after 3-4pm. They said OK to me. When I returned to the hotel at 4pm, the a new receptionist (Mr Siva) met me and informed that I could stay in the room 207 until my check out on 2nd Aug. He again apologized for the miscommunication among the team members. I would like to thank Mr Siva for his professionalism and being calm in diffusing the tension. p/s: Pls choose room wisely and avoid rooms with the numbers ending with even numbers (2,4,6,8,10,12..) as the air cond is often malfunction due to branding issue.

The hotel is clean, the service is good, for non-Malaysian tourists there is a tax of 10RM/night, the room is small but according to the price, the toilet is clean with a heater and shower, clean towels, about 5 minutes to KL Sentral and 3 minutes to Nu Sentral Mall.

Maybe it’s just my experience, because other customer seems to be happy. So no offense please. Firs thing first, the building pict isnt the most current picture. Second, you have to aware there are 2 almost identical name. My hotel @KL sentral and My hotel @sentral. For my hotel @KL sentral, your room could possibly located beside the administration lobby where you check in/out. This feels so insecure for me because i love calling for operator asking for services or questions. Or going downstairs to ask them privately. In my case, if you have any urge or emergency, you have to get out of the building, on to the sidewalk, and get in to the other building. First experience of this concept. Your key would be the lock to the door’s access btw, and the phone in the room is off. My room is completety an awkward version. Totally different from the picture, where you’re showed cupboards beside the bed. And spaces to move. For a standard room. My room is absolutely below standard. It was a war, not a struggle anymore, to fit 2 open luggage in to the room. The bathroom is quite good, with clean toilet, warm water shower, clean white tiles. But as some reviewers have said, ants are everywhere. And eventhough you dont see it, check your snack or your food.

The location is right in the center, very close to NU Sentral station so it is very convenient to walk around. The room is spacious but the bathroom is still simple. But I mostly go out all day, only come back to rest at night, so with the price quite cheap, I don't ask for too much.
