NR Langkawi Motel

Staff was friendly and helpful.

No proper water botel , no room cleaning on daily basis , toilet was to small to stad and bath!! If you are going for holiday spend some more mony and find atlist comfortable hotel !! Hotel owner was too good and helping !!

Quiet hotel close to a very quiet part of the beach where you can take a ride with the jet ski very easily. And the staff are very friendly.

Located right next to a calm beach that we enjoyed - had the beach to ourselves the entire evening, in fact! We much preferred this beach/hotel location to the busy/touristy center (Centai Penang -- too many motorsports, people, touristy junk). The hotel staff was very friendly/helpful and gave us a great recommendation to visit a gorgeous beach on the other side of the island (near 4 seasons resort). We went there when it was raining on NR's side of the island. We felt that it was VITAL to have a rental car in order to adequately explore the island. It makes life so much easier. Centai Penang would be a very long walk from NR, so it is best to have a car/call a grab taxi (although, I'm not sure how popular grab taxi is in Langkawi). The price was really fantastic for a big group and we felt that the accommodatio was adequate for what we needed. Nothing fancy, but reasonably clean and beds/space was large enough for two adults in each room with a little porch area. Note that the bathroom is very basic and there is not a true modern shower -- just a shower head and the bathroom itself has a drain on the floor. This was fine for us as we prefer modest accommodations. Note that they clean the rooms only upon request, so if you need refills of toilet paper or to empty trash, just ask. We liked the quieter location of the motel. It is also right across the street from a cheap laundraumat where we did laundry and a decent malaysian restaurant next door. Would stay here again!

A good and nice place to stay, don't judge the outside of room, just go in and you will feel really comfortable to stay. Clean bathroom with clean toilet bowl.

Wonderful place to stay in. Close to the beach and has good eateries around it. Motel staff are very helpful as well.

Clean and tidy. Hard to locate the premises on the Google map. Staff members are nice but not familiar enough to provide tourist information on the island. No bottle opener is provided for the 2nd night even its been asked before. Kinda funny, ha?

Lovely family run place with good bungalow style rooms. Great beach across the road and down a little path. Clean and pleasant. Lots of restaurants around, which are more expensive than on the mainland. The Pakistani / Indian place a little way down the road on the left was good value. We saw lots of car accidents on way to / from the cable car, so stuck to taxis, which cost around 30 ringgit to the cable car and 20 to the airport. Take the address, not all cabs know the place.

Nice and clean no-frills motel owned by a friendly family. Bed was a very comfy kingsize, a/c and fan worked well and quietly. Room was a bit dark and bathroom really small, but you don't spend much time there anyway. Nights were quiet, during the day you get to hear some traffic noise. We slept well and enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom too small very poor toilet equipment, no complimentary toiletries, no daily cleaning and very poor service.

Its an ok budget hotel. Clean rooms, very fast wifi. Bathroom is tiny. The location is ok nice and quiet at night, but noisy during the day as they are building a big extendion. It should be finished by end of march. Its about 15 minute walk to the beach. The main problem is finding an open restaurant nearby for breakfast, theres plenty handy restaurants for dinner, but not many open before miday. Like all budget botels in Langkawi it Only has 3 local tv stations, mostly Malay and Chinese programs.

The motel owned by local, they are so friendly. i was amazed by the cleanliness of the motel, super clean, have reading corner. im staying with my husband. Small motel about 10 rooms in total, with air conditioning & water heater too, they dont serve breakfast you have to walk about 5 to 15 minutes to grab morning breakfast but for dinner just next to the motel. 15mins walking to pantai cenang.. 20mins walking to underwater world.. if you want to go around i may suggest you must rent a motor bike or a car, but for us we just enjoy walking around towards pantai cenang :)

　シーズンによるだろうが、部屋に空きがあると、ギリギリのタイミングで1500円くらい値下げしてくるので、要注意。下記の通り、部屋のレベルは多目に見ても3000円である。 　場所は便利。空港に近く、隣にレンタルバイク、道路向かいに格安ランドリー、レストランやミニスーパー少々。近くの高級ホテルのビーチにも入り込めます。 　建物は比較的新しいが、設備は安ホテルそのもの。シャワーはトイレ水没パターン、アメニティはバスタオルと石鹸のみで、他は一切なし。エアコン、冷蔵庫はあるが、テレビは地元の3局のみ。メークルームは4日目までなかった。 　オーナー一家は気さくだが、全体的に仕事はルーズ気味で、頼んでいた空港行きタクシーは結局来なかった。 　というわけで、どんなに頑張っても3000円である。
