Saya dikasi kamar yang AC nya mati, terus disuruh pindah jam 2 pagi, tapi tetap AC nya ga bagus. Terus resepsionis kasar sekali dan mengusir saya. Katanya kalo ga mau keluar aja. Dan saya diusir keluar dan deposito saya pun tidak dikembalikan 50 ringgit. Resepsionisnya bilang video tentang kasarnya resepsionisnya ke saya harus di deleted dulu, baru uang deposito saya dibalikin. Yah saya ga mau lah. Karena itu buat bukti saya bikin laporan dengan lawyers saya. Saya rencana mau bawa lawyers saya ke Kedutaan Malaysia di Jakarta biar pihak Negara Malaysia tau bagaimana jeleknya kelakuan dari warga negaranya. Waktu di KL saya males ribut karena sedang tidak di negara saya. Dan karena siangnya saya ada flight juga ke Medan. Semua bukti dan video sudah saya simpan. Hati-hati menginap di hotel ini dan seputaran Bukit Bintang! Kejadian hari Jumat dini hari jam 2 pagi 9 Desember 2022.

Location is good, near to shopping malls but surrounded by massaging parlours. More to adultery area. Not recommended to those with kids. The standard room was not hygiene. Strands of hair were multiple, not to forget cockroaches were like having party in my room. Too bad. First and last visit for me.

Sorry but it was very unhygiene accommodation, the location was very confusing since they still used the previous hotel ' s name, bedsheet was super old and has many strange stains. It seemed like havent been washed for years? Basically could not sleep at all the whole night. Don't get fooled with the photo:(the only positive about this place was, the staff was polite to their customer.

The photo is different from the location, it's very scary. Cockroaches everywhere, even crawling on the bed, all over the walls and bathroom. It's a very terrible experience.

The hotel is very, very not recommended. Poor hotel quality, rundown, dirty rooms and musty smell. Dirty bed linen. At the location the name of the hotel is not Omni Suites. And the photos do not match what is advertised.
