Internet access not working, car park is not complimentary and worse-unhelpful and non responsive agent. Call not being attended to even on first day in getting the room key. Need to wait for an hour until the Hotel reception took pity and ask to try a set of number to unlock the mailbox in order to retrieve the room key! Definitely an"experience"staying here!
