Hotel is comfortable and good value for money. Great location on Penang Rd, very central indeed. Very near to Komtar, Chowrasta market and the local shopping areas. Can shop and shop and go back to hotel to drop the bags, and then continue to shop again. Lots of makan places around the hotel also Best sekali, location is very central.

Great location! Inside the UNESCO heritage zone, lots of local eateries nearby, public transportation and other attractions. Great budget-friendly option in the heart of Penang! The hotel decor is a little dated but overall nice and clean, with comfortable beds.

Its an older establishment so definitely not modern. However the rooms are large, great view, good beds, AC, fridge. I will return here for sure.

The front staffs were friendly & always helpful. The room is good, we booked the family room btw. It was spacious, had 3 beds (1 queen, 2 single beds) Bathroom was clean, room was clean. They even had a large wardrobe & spare pillows we can use. We got best price for family room. We got 4 water bottles daily. The hotel location is really nice, it’s strategic. Minus we can hear the crowd from outside especially at night. Overall 4/5 rating from me. If you’re looking for a nice budget hotel, it’s recommended

The location is very strategic. Located on Penang Road, the heart of George Town. Close to everywhere. The room and bathroom are also clean. But a bit noisy on Saturday night, we were disturbed by loud music from around the hotel.

Sudah ke 2x saya di hotel ini. Kamar sangat luas dan bersih, dekat juga dengan berbagai macam kuliner. Lingkungan nya area hotel semua. Dkt mall prangin. Saya kalo ke penang tidak ke hotel mana-mana lagi, hotel oriental saja sudah memuaskan

Kamarnya besar, ada kursi duduk dan meja nyaman, ada meja dan kursi duduk bisa untuk kerja, banyak makanan di depan hotel, sampingnya ada supermarket Gama. Oke banget lah, harga juga murah.

The front office is very kind and friendly. Location at the end of Culia street. Very strategic. Close to halal food, Nasi Kandar Hameediyah, Be hwa Cafe, Soup Hameed, and Roti Goyang and my din gift shop.

I like everything here, the service from reception, rooms, asking to change rooms, change sheets, everything is okay. Even though it's a bit noisy near the bar, it's not a problem, it's a risk if the hotel is near a bar. Location near Chowrasta & Maydin market, next time stay here again.

Ditarik 13 RM padahal sudah bayar tax seharusnya cuma 2 RM lagi barang facial lancome tertinggal bisa hilang padahal saya sudah suruh teman ambil.
