1st room door cannot lock, so they change room but aircond not working then they gave 3rd room which need assist from maintenance to get the aircond working. Spent 2 hours just changing rooms. Check in at 330pm only got settled down in a proper working condition room at 645pm. I bought insurance some more for this hotel and can't even claim from web to refund after complaining to online agent about this incident on that day itself when I was still awaiting for my 3rd room to get the maintenance sorted out:(

Well actually the view with this price is the best. But unfortunatelly because this is an old hotel. I & my partner got bitten by something on the bed for 2 nights.

Good location in downtown penang. A log of good retaurant, shops account. Beach also 500 m away. Nice place to stay at affordable cost.

This hotel has a good location unfortunately their service is not good as I imagine compare with the price given.. Room is smelling and look old with no complimentary .. No "safety" at bathroom because the curtain is small than window...
