Clean and spacious room. Located at prime area but come with very affordable price. Nice facilities including large pool, kids pool, playground, 24 hours gymnasium & laundry. Breakfast spread is good. They even bake their croissant and danish freshly on the spot. Overall we had a very pleasant stay there. Recommended.

Overall good, but one thing that annoyed me was the fact they provided two plastic cards (of different colours) for what seemed to be the cards to be used for accessing the floor & opening room door. Turned out only one was for floor access & opening room. The other one was simply for the room power slot. No explanation whatsoever during check in. Annoyed that they seemed to blame me when I used the wrong card...

Room facilities not satisfactory-shower screen door rubber strip not replaced, toilet wet after every shower. Bidet hose leaked. Cable TV on for 3 days then off for the next day, staff unsure if cable TV inclusive nor know how to tune the TV channels. Hotel unable to resolve issues but offered room change but it was a hassle for one more night stay.

Stayed at this hotel a few times. Staff was friendly, fast check-in and check-out. Space room with sofa. Enjoyed breakfast in Binjai Restaurant. Alot of parking bays for guests. Walking distance to KLCC park and twin towers. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to many landmarks with easy access and a pleasant surrounding. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the breakfast bread was amazing—freshly baked from the oven. One suggestion: during busy breakfast hours, more staff may be needed to clean tables. I had to wait over 30 minutes and ask multiple staff members before someone finally cleaned a table and provided cutlery. Unfortunately, this left a less positive impression on my last day. I hope this can be improved in the future.

Overall, this hotel is good. It's not far from the Ampang Park LRT station, and the room is spacious—with a bathtub, an essential kit, and a kitchenette. Overall, it was okay. However, the food didn't quite suit our taste. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at, the variety and quality were slightly below expectations. Still, it was acceptable. The second issue was the late check-in. Although the room was supposed to be ready by 3 PM, we only received the key close to 5 PM for the second room. That part was quite disappointing and made the experience feel a little less pleasant. I'm not a fussy customer, but I believe it's fair to share my honest experience for future guests.

Stayed when there were repairs in another room, so there was noise in the morning. Bath soap runs out, but every make up room is not refilled

Location near MRT and LRT stations. The rooms are very spacious. Complete facilities from kitchen to bathtub. The breakfast menu is varied, and the best nasi lemak.
