We stayed in a room set up for 3 people, with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. The room was clean and provided with 3 bottles of drinking water. Towels, body soap, and toothbrushes were available. The room had air conditioning, a wardrobe, a desk, and a water heater. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at night and were still welcomed with a smile. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was resolved very well. The check-out process was quick and efficient, as we needed to leave quickly to catch a flight. I forgot to ask his name, but he was a man wearing an earring on his left ear. Also, the housekeeping staff—a friendly lady—helped provide the amenities we needed. Oh yes, one more thing that caught our attention: there’s a facility for people with disabilities—a chair lift that brings guests from the outside ground level to the first-floor elevator. The location is close to many food spots, and right across the street there’s a pharmacy, a durian stall, and more. Overall, very good..! Thank youuu!

Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests by Malaysia government. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. Stayed 4 nights. Pros: Great location, friendly staff, fairly spacious room. Cons: Cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room, and the first and second nights were disturbed by the sound of firecrackers from the building next door, which was disturbing for those who are used to sleeping early.

The room was quite spacious, but there were lots of mosquitoes. They only gave one room card, and the water dispenser was only in the lobby, making it difficult for guests to get water, as they needed a card. They charged a 12 Ringgit tax, which other hotels don't charge (the tax is included in the room price when purchasing through the app).

Very pleasant. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Affordable prices and close to culinary delights. The stairs are a bit of a challenge to enter the hotel, but there are pushchairs available for climbing.
