Bottled water is not available, you have to go downstairs to get it from the dispenser yourself, the bathroom pipe is leaking, it really disturbs your sleep, the area is ok, there are lots of food stalls. There is no shampoo.

We stayed in a room set up for 3 people, with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. The room was clean and provided with 3 bottles of drinking water. Towels, body soap, and toothbrushes were available. The room had air conditioning, a wardrobe, a desk, and a water heater. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at night and were still welcomed with a smile. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was resolved very well. The check-out process was quick and efficient, as we needed to leave quickly to catch a flight. I forgot to ask his name, but he was a man wearing an earring on his left ear. Also, the housekeeping staff—a friendly lady—helped provide the amenities we needed. Oh yes, one more thing that caught our attention: there’s a facility for people with disabilities—a chair lift that brings guests from the outside ground level to the first-floor elevator. The location is close to many food spots, and right across the street there’s a pharmacy, a durian stall, and more. Overall, very good..! Thank youuu!

Spacious room for family type, close to the city, easy to find food. Minus the soundproofing of the room next to the bathroom, the sound of water reaches our room.

The AC is not positioned on the right side. It makes sleeping uncomfortable.

THE ROOM IS VERY NOISY FROM THE WATER DRAIN AND THE SOUND OF KTV MUSIC NEXT TO THE HOTEL AND ALSO THE QUEEN BED IS ALREADY SINKED IN THE MIDDLE POSITION OF THE BED, RESULTING IN MY HIPS BECOMING PAINFUL

Chinese Girl staff was rude, when raining the sound goes through the wall. Feels like sleeping on the street, Towel moldy and unclean like a low quality massage parlour

I ordered from Indonesia, the room number is different, but the receptionist gave me a different room too.

The Bathroom curtains were Moldy and the Bathroom was smelly.
