As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

• Airport shuttle fee: MYR 100.00 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 3)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: MYR 50.00 (up to 12 years old)
• Secured self parking fee: MYR 30.00 per day
• Housekeeping fee: MYR 30.00 per day; may vary based on length of stay and unit size
• Crib (infant bed) fee: MYR 15.00 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: MYR 30.00 per day

If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.
