Spacious room, very comfortable bed, very quiet although right next to airport—I slept very well. You won't need basic toiletries—toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc. All provided. Bottled water, tea, coffee, kettle to brew up.

Check-in was easy and quick after our long flight. Room was what we expected: nothing flashy or special as it is a ‘timed’ transit hotel in T1. Room smelt of ‘cat wee’: not overpowering but noticeable. We booked for 12 hours. Would we stay again considering the cost to value? No. We would take our hand luggage and book a local quality hotel nearby. We paid around A$200 for this experience. Overpriced for what you get. When viewing the description of what & where it is, in our opinion, it is not as close to where you exit your international flight as you might think. We are seasoned over 65, fit travellers who got frustrated as to where the hotel was: much better signage is required especially after a long exhausting flight. We hope this honest review helps our fellow international travellers as we know the importance of such feedback when considering spending such an amount. Thx ALGreynomad

We stayed at the one inside customs/immigration for a 6-hour layover. Perfectly adequate for a stay, there is food in the lounge and with a priority card, it is free. The hotel is relatively quiet considering that there are people likely going in and out at all hours of the day. Friendly service and decent rooms. It isn't anything to write home about, but works well when you have a layover at KL.
