As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

Our apartment advocates self check-in. After any booking is made, a detailed self check-in instruction will be send via email or through the Traveloka messaging platform. Please note that our check in window is from 3pm till 11pm. Check in after 11pm is deemed as no show or without support. Our physical support ends at 9pm while online support ends at 11pm. If you check in after 11pm, please read and follow check in instructions carefully to obtain your room key. Please ask us anything before 11pm if you are not clear about the instructions. For any questions after 11pm, We will only be able to respond your queries next day from 9am till 11pm. Thanks
To all our value guests. To ensure that our apartments are kept clean and comfortable. We will be charging each bookings with extra MYR70 for 1 room ( RM90 for 2 rooms ) as cleaning and laundry fee to clean up after your check out. The cleaning fees will be collected once guests arrive on our apartment. The fee is a one-time non-refundable payment applied per stay per room. No matter the days nor guests. Please put the fee into lockbox when you collect the key card and send us a photo as proof. Thanks.

Before booking, remember there's a cleaning fee of 90RM + 10RM per night. Just multiply it by how many nights you rent. Book a 2-bedroom apartment. The first room is similar to a studio-style terrace. The ceiling is leaking and moldy. There are many other rules. Basically, I'm fed up with this property.

For a clean room. Suggestions for renters include an additional cleaning fee. 90RM + 10RM tourist fee per night. Total 100RM. Just multiply by how many nights you want to clean the room. Think carefully before renting.

Near Night Alor Street Food and LRT Plaza Rakyat and LRT & MRT Hang Tuah. In the apartment complex there is also 1 complete supermarket and 2 minimarkets. There are 2 good restaurants near the apartment, namely Kedai Mamak Husin and Idris Mie Tarik Halal. Very strategic location.

This hotel provides self service for check in and check out. The staff who serve are very friendly and responsible, they will guide us via WA. The room is clean and tidy, AC, refrigerator, heater, hair dryer, iron and all facilities are functioning well, according to the price offered. The hotel is close to the city center such as Petaling, Bukit Bintang and MRT stations. In front of the hotel, there are restaurants and minimarkets.

The unit was spacious and clean. The equipment in the unit was complete enough: washing machine, iron, oven, stove, cutlery. It was a good place to stay, yet the host charged an extra RM 90 for a cleaning fee and government tax RM 10/night. We stayed for 3 nights. The charge for cleaning that bothered me. They should mention it in the description so we could know before booking. The charge stated in the voucher after issuance which shocked us since RM 120 is quite a big amount. If you don't mind being charged that much, the place was good to stay while you are in KL.

Self check in is quite easy by following the instructions. The location is close to Pudu Sentral and between Petaling and Bukit Bintang. The supporting facilities are very adequate, but it is a bit unfortunate when entering the unit on the first day the room smells a bit like fishy. Apart from that, overall everything is quite comfortable.
