Last year and n0w new year, 2020, 2times I book and stay at sunbird hotel. Staff still not friendly, I hope the hotel takes action with a handful of employees who are proud of their customers. For this reason sunbird hotels have long wanted to be in the tourism and business industries.

Receptionist not friendly. No electric supply in day time (2-3pm). Room just ok.. toilet also ok.. worth with the price.. just suggest management to put friendly receptionist.. because receptionist is first impression to the hotel.

The accommodation has a good location but the service is bad. Book a deluxe room with 2 single bed but was given a room with queen bed. Requested for a change but the receptionist said there's no room available but I heard her telling a walk in customer there's a 2 single bed room available. The receptionist also very rudely telling us that there's nothing she can do either we take it or leave it.

For the price that I paid it felt very expensive. The internet can't, it can only be in the lobbies and there are 3 cockroaches in the room. The bathroom is clean and the service is okay but for the condition of the room I will not stay here again.

Room was clean and fine. Many shops around the hotel. Only the lady at reception needs to be honest as we asked for hairdryer but she quickly said they don’t have it there without searching. But after few hours, we asked other guy at reception and he handed over the hairdryer so fast which they placed just under the reception table.
