每次去卡梅隆我都一定会住这家酒店，不会再找别的了。就这么定了👍

Hotel sangat selesa dan banyak tempat menarik berdekatan yang boleh pergi... pekerja pun cekap... serta bertindak pantas segala maklum balas customer.

The room is clean and comfortable but abit noisy with people outside talking very loud and cars passing by the building.

sticky floor, dirty bedsheet and smelly. huhu. need improvement

awesome. love the environment. will come again.

The receptionist is rude by investigating your backgrounds and too many personal questions.

Last year and n0w new year, 2020, 2times I book and stay at sunbird hotel. Staff still not friendly, saya harap pihak hotel ambil tindakkan dengan segelintir pekerja yang bersikap sombong dengan pelanggan,. Atas sebab sunbird hotel masih lama ingin berada dalam industri pelancongan dan perniagaan.

Staf hotel ok mesra, lokasi dia best brhampiran dengan kedai runcit, bank, watson. Bilik dia pun ok best jugak.

Layanan pekerja hotel yang tidak memuaskan, patut ke pekerja bercakap sambil perli pelanggan, tolong ubah cara bercakap.

Hotel selesa dan lokasi hotel pun boleh dikatakan menarik sebab memang dekat dengan pasar malam brincang.

Receptionist not friendly. No electric supply in day time (2-3pm). Room just ok.. toilet also ok.. worth with the price.. just suggest management to put friendly receptionist.. because receptionist is first impression to the hotel.

Staff nya memang peramah cuma saiz biliknya agak kecil dah hanya betul-betul muat untuk pilihan kapasiti orang sahaja

Everything is fine..but too much of misquotes inside the room. My dad can’t sleep at night. Next time clean the room first before give to customer. Don’t do this thing next time

Nice location to stay. The room too small for me.

The accommodation has a good location but the service is bad. Book a deluxe room with 2 single bed but was given a room with queen bed. Requested for a change but the receptionist said there's no room available but I heard her telling a walk in customer there's a 2 single bed room available. The receptionist also very rudely telling us that there's nothing she can do either we take it or leave it.

Good but car parking is problem.

Untuk harga yang saya bayarkan terasa sangat mahal. Internet tidak bisa, hanya bisa di lobbinya saja dan ada 3 kecoa di kamar. Untuk kamar mandi bersih dan pelayanan oke tapi untuk keadaannya kamarnya saya tidak akan stay disini lagi.

Bilik yang selesa untuk keluarga, berhampiran dengan kedai makan, kedai runcit, watson serta laundry.

Small room and no table. Water level very slow. Need to improve a lot
