Late check-out is not possible. Children who cannot access the breakfast room are not permitted to bring breakfast. When they try to bring their own, they are reprimanded and then agree to have it delivered to their room.

Thank you for your feedback. Late check-out was not possible during your stay as the hotel was at full occupancy. For future stays, we would be happy to extend a late check-out where possible, subject to room availability. Regarding breakfast at The Dining Room, the child’s breakfast was not included in the package. However, it is available at RM25 should you wish to include it in future visits.
