The hotel staff were really very nice. They would always smile at you. It wasn't hard to communicate with them. Room smelled really good for 6 days of stay. They're very accommodating. I would go back here given the chance to go back to Kota Kinabalu. Thank you, Switz Paradise Hotel!

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a shopping mall and is quite hard to locate if you are not local. Even the Grab driver was confused about it. I suggest putting more signage around so that guests can locate the hotel in a short time. Other than that, it is in a very good location where you can get everything you need downstairs. Overall, it was good.

This hotel where watch the pictures before I book so. Nice but when I in the hotel I'm so sad really really so old and look dirty and when you need some hot water you have to going out hahahaha sometime like so funny hahaha.

Bad soundproof due to next door too noisy with the children yelling and shouting, no specified direction pointing to the hotel we were lost somewhere or even signage. Have to bear the parking cost yourself or else you need to park your car at an outdoor public place. There's a nightclub downstairs, couldn't sleep the whole night as the music was too loud till 5 am in the morning. The room is rundown, and many items are spoiled inside room I. E. Toilet door, wooden “staircase” to walk into the bathroom-it 's unattached where safety is a concern, bathroom door and toilet bowl. Location wise is good however the hotel is too hidden.

Hotel is ok, it's suitable for people who want to stay for nothing, then the next day connect to Jln2..if you want to bring your family, it's suitable, and if you're alone, it's suitable, because the route to the hotel is slippery and dirty

Overall its OK and good but there a few things to improve for the benefit to the management and for the future guests staying there. Air conditioner have to service every 2 or 3 month and linen must channge after guest check out. That 's all and for the future I will check there again.
