I am genuinely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, and i would like to sincerely apologies for the shortcomings you encountered, particularly regarding the external noises from the outside our building, this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We are Enhancing our guests comfort remains one of our highest priorities, and improving the soundproofing of our guestrooms is currently a key focus. As part of this initiative, we have completed a prototype guestroom with enhanced soundproofing and are currently conducting comprehensive decibel (dB) assessments in four selected guestrooms. The results of these evaluations will guide the next phase of our soundproofing enhancement programmed. We are committed to providing a quieter and more comfortable environment for all our guests and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are implemented. I cannot sleep at night. There are so many motorcyclists racing too loud. The noises are terrible. I can’t imagine such a bad experience during my stay. The window and the wall aren’t soundproof. Please avoid staying during the weekend.
