I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Kuala Lumpur City Center. It is conveniently located near all the major sightseeing spots, and transportation options such as the monorail, Grab and taxi services are easily accessible.

Overall it was a good stay. Mr Eddie served us throughout our stay. High floor with good city view. The place is near KLCC and Pavi. And my son accidentally left his soft toy in the room and Mr Eddie kindly went to the courier svc and courier back to us! kudos for the extra mile... :) only set back is the carpark, too narrow and chargable at rm10 every entry.

Thank you for the great service given. Mr David actually upgrade our apartment to the SOHO suite which is nearer to Pavillion which is a walking distance. Easy access to everywhere. The apartment is complete with everything we needed. My Family have a great stay for the 2 nights And we even request for a late check-out @ 2pm! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Kita dilayani oleh tangan kedua pemilik kamar yang tidak jelas tanpa identitas pengurus apartemen dan tidak diberikan bukti uang jaminan kamar saat menginap meskipun pada hari terakhir uang jaminan diberikan.

Tourist tax 10 RM /night, maintenance 50 RM, deposit 300 RM. The room is spacious and clean, but some of the contents of the room do not work. If you want to go to the Twin Towers, Bukit Bintang, KL Tower, you must be enthusiastic about walking. You can also take Grab, but the clock is too

Service is very poor and check-in takes too long to wait for apartment staff because office is not in the apartment. And we were billed to have to pay 100 ringgit for cleaning money to stay for 2 days. Even though there was no room cleaning during our stay and the deposit was also asked for 200 ringgit for 2 days. So don't ever stay at this place. And the pelus must be responsible for leviing 100 ringgit even though we have paid the room price according to the order for 2 days. Be careful when staying at the kuala lumpur apartment.

I am happy to be able to stay at Vortek Klcc. Convenient and close to the twin tower and the KLCC tower. Easier access because it goes through the KL bus. The staff is friendly and I feel satisfied with the service.
