Good and strategic location. Check in and check out is easy and very quick. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices. A good view of the Lake and the magnificent pink mosque while sitting and having your meal is exceptional.

Please be informed that our operation hours for our Room Service is from 5.00am - 1.00am daily with immediate effect from June 1, 2022 onwards. Note that, it's no longer based on 24 hours starting from June 2022
The hotel will be doing some maintenance work at the poolside area and the project will commence from 27th September until the 29th of September 2023. During this period, we regret to inform that the poolside area will NOT be operating as due to the upgrade process.

Late check-in noticeably faster because less people, just 3 minutes all settled. Surprisingly, I was given Deluxe Room 724 at the end of the hallway. I find it bigger with a small window overlooking Menara PjH. The food is tasty and there are a lot of choices, especially bread, with a small food kiosk outside the main dining hall. Teh Tarik & Fresh Juices is made to order, also yong tau fu and roti canai.

Nice hotel, but it would have been better if they did not turn off the air conditioning system for the main corridor outside the rooms and lift lobby. The air conditioning system along the corridor was never turned on for that matter during our stay, and this might have gone on for some time as they had the windows along the corridor opened at all times. It was very uncomfortable to walk from the lift lobby to the room and vice versa. Pool hours are too short as the pool operates from 7 AM to 7 PM only.

The hotel is good, with nice locations, very accessible. Breakfast was good, with many varieties of food. As the hotel is getting older now, some of the furniture, plugs, mirror are old now and need to be changed.

Very nice scenery, I got bridge view, request change room with more beautiful view but suddenly staff show me lobby view its like wowww, ok dont want to change. Helpful and very friendly staff, and very hardworking cleaner. Room very clean and updated. In summary, very recommended for long/short stay.

Staff was very friendly, Spa price is okay (ie RM108 for 45 mins) not too pricey compared to other hotels. Breakfast buffet spread has a decent varities. Taste wise not bad. Room service was good but a bit slow. View of the lake & bridge is really nice at night. Good location, iust mere minutes from PICC, great choice if u have an event there. Overall, i had a pleasant stay, worth the price paid.
