Lovely family hotel with an excelling mini water park for the kids. Kids absolutely loved it and food was excellent especially the desserts. Amazing scenery and beautiful hotel. Only thing is sea is very rough due to area being quite windy so best to stick to pools.

A great hotel, with incredible staff! Special thank you to Vishik who went above and beyond! He actually helped us to upgrade to the palace during our stay, and i must say the food at the palace is far better than turquoise!

Everything was perfect! The room, the food, the bar, the staff etc. The only thing is that since it’s winter over there it was very windy and kinda cold during the evening/ night. The room services were great! They’re up very early everyday to come clean your room, a bit too much but its part of the service and it’s remarkable to see them working.

Arrived early at the property (flight times) and were greeted by very friendly staff. Luggage taken care of and stored safely until the room was ready. Courtesy changing facilities offered and access to the dining room and bars. Very easy, very smooth.

The food is terrible. Poor variaty. Specialty restaurants are a joke they dont open every day plus when they open they dont take reservations you just have to line up (long line) and the variaty and quality of the food is not the best either.... very poor hotel. In addition if you are traveling with kids there is nothing for them very booring.

A beautiful quiet location, we were able to relax which was the purpose of our trip. Staff were amazing, friendly and did everything they could for you. Pools were kept clean and plenty of loungers there and on the beach. Only negative is price of taxis to get anywhere but that is no reflection on the hotel. Would highly recommend

Me and my wife went here on our honeymoon. We had to wait 6 hours to check in despite paying over 2000 pounds for our stay. The house keeping was terrible they didn’t change the sheets and they still had stains on them. The food was good but not amazing considering the price of admission. The store was very expensive as they were charging 55 euros for a generic blouse. The staff said all the meat was halal despite the hotel serving pork. The pork one day was also next to the chips. I will not be staying here again there are far better options in Mauritius. Please do not waste your money and come here. This trip had severe negative impact on my honeymoon.

The facilities are 5 star, the decor, the lounge areas and the pools were all very good. We were all inclusive, the drinks were good quality and varied with a 24 hour bar. Room was clean and beds comfortable, if you wished they would clean it every day. Entertainment every night in a lively setting with always space to sit. Food was a bit hit and miss for us. We found the main buffet good for breakfast but not to our liking for lunch and dinner. Having said that the steakhouse and Indian restaurant make up for this as the food there is delicious. The only downside is its first come first served which means you have to queue an hour before it opens, which to be honest is not really that bad but a bit of an inconvenience. Overall really enjoyed our stay, staff and facilities are amazing.

Definitely a top hotel. Few comments. To give extra information for future guests about small downsides. No hot drinks at lunch and dinner. (It is possible in the various bars), breakfast we found open late 07h30. And yet quite a bit of construction debris (concrete blocks) on the beach and sunbed)

If one word could describe our stay here… amazing! Only thing that would have made the experience better would be an omelette station, but I’m being picky. The buffet was excellent. Staff were very friendly, and always accommodating. And the two staff members who organised the group activities were so fun. The kids loved the small dance/ concerts at the end of the night and it was a great way for them to burn energy!

What we liked - bedrooms were modern and clean. Plenty of sunbeds around the two pools and on the beach. Food was OK with plenty of choice - the specialist restaurants were very good. Staff very friendly and gave excellent service. South of the island was pretty. What we did not like - WiFi kept dropping out and did not work in our room for 2 of the 7 days. Evening entertainment we felt was poor. Only had low calorie coke drink - would have liked more low calorie soft drinks. Felt underneath the sunbeds could have been cleaned at least every other day.
