Good check-in services and city access, the only con I see is the walls of the rooms are too thin and everything can be heard

When I got there to check in was 1 hr. early, ( I just wanted to check if everything was ok with my reservation) the lady at the reception was very rude saying the platform ? oversell rooms and there was nothing they can do just said sorry. Other lady was little mote helpful said that At the moment they did not have rooms and I was told to come back at 1 pm ( check in time) to see If they can accommodate me in any other hotel. Lucky when I came back round 5 pm my room was available. But still another person was assisting a big group of people trying to accommodate them and made me wait with a little of attitude.

I would always stay in this hotel. Very nice everythig was perfecto.

It was a nice size room and bed for one night before heading to the airport.

The only thing that was worth it for me and my family was that it's a walking distance to many parts of the city ie. zocalo, bellas artes, alameda central,etc The room was ok, funny smell, dirty and linens were not cleaned. I know it's not a 5 star hotel but cleanliness is essential.

Great location and we were able to check in at 10am so the staff was excellent. Unfortunately the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable at all so sleeping was rough. Also the WiFi was poor and kept dropping.

El cuarto tenía olores extraños, sabanas sucias, mucho ruido fuera del cuareto, el personal del hotel, poco amigable, no cordiales, no resuelven, la alfombra con mucho polvo, instalaciones descuidadas

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. La recepcionista tiene una actitud horrible es muy grosera. El hotel no tiene Aire Acondicionado así que si decide quedarse aquí prepárense!!!! Do not stay in this hotel the receptionist has a horrible attitude and is not helpful at all, and there’s no AC so I wasn’t able to sleep it was extremely hot in the room and there’s NO ventilation at all .

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This has to be the last option of all! Pictures on the promotional does not match with reality. Okay I understand is a low budget place, but getting people with fake pictures of the room is not pretty ethical. Staff is not helpful when it comes to problems I told them I had to check out early (5am) because I couldn't stand the bugs anymore, and they told me that there was nothing they could do, because it was too late. They need to clean more often if they are not renewing. Accommodations are horrible. With a severe problem with bugs... You can check my reviews and this is the first bad reviews I ever give. Don't risk it! Choose somewhere else even if you already check in. Location okay... Copy of my google review.

The property was in a very good, central location. It had great potential, however the staff on reception were nothing short of being rude. Not just one, but all of them. Each person on their shift didn't care about our simple requests. They didn't speak a word of English, which we found frustrating, because whilst we tried to speak some words of Spanish and use our translator on our phones, they just played dumb, and we couldn't get simple things like an additional towel, or fan in our room, which was another thing, no AC in hot Mexico City isn't great. The rooms were OK, clean, but the service levels really let this place down. I wouldn't return.

Horrible experience. Room felt like a prison cell and had no AC. I believe the bed may have had bed bugs as my body had bite marks all over

No respetan reservaciones

Bastante incómodo las camas, muy tiesas y las sábanas están como algo sucia y también llegan los huéspedes como alas 3 o 4 de la mañana y hacen bastante ruido que no nos dejan dormir. No volvería a ir

Avisé desde un día antes que llegaba a las 2:00 am por vuelo nocturno y jamás me respondieron, al llegar al hotel en la madrugada el equipo de recepción fue muy grosero y me dijeron que ya no tenían habitación y que no me podían ayudar en nada, en plena madrugada quedé en la calle.
