Camino Real Guadalajara

Estuvo bien. Lo único es que el hotel no tenía agua y cuando teníamos agua, no había agua caliente. Pero el servicio fue súper bien.

La relación precio beneficio es muy buena, la tarifa es excelente. El lugar es muy amplio y agradable. No han actualizado la construcción, no está al nivel de otros hoteles de la cadena.

Dirty, unsafe rooms. None helped and unfortunately to do anything for customers.

Minor details like safety box not working or warm water instead of hot. Staff is great! Camino Real is not on it’s prime but it was a very pleasant stay

No hot water, humid room and stinky bathroom. I expected a trusty brand experience and it was terrible.

Too old and needs to be upgraded

Floor was very cricket, bathroom toilet not clean, no mini refrigerator, no smoking area, and only offer buffet for breakfast every day.

Esperaba mucho mas de un hotel “Camino Real”, ya que es un hotel asociado con un perfil superior a business, y decepcionantemente me contrae con un hotel que se mira viejo, que las recamaras también huelen a encerrado y polvo, manchas en las alfombras, cortinas con mecanismos rotos, cortinas con bichos muertos, la repisa de las toallas en el baño estaba descuadrada y posiblemente a nada de caerse, ademas las ventilas del aire acondicionado muy sucias, y para cerrar las sabanas dan una sensación de humedad, como si te hicieran sudar sin hacer nada. No es un hotel que quisiera regresar hasta que no hagan una modernización. Y por ultimo, me habían mencionado que podía solicitar una cuna para mi hijo, y en efecto la tuvieron, pero primero fue un problema que me la entregaran y para acabarla era una cuna en evidente estado de deterioro, ademas de que el colchón proporcionado para la cuna se notaba sucio, con muy poca confianza de poder dormir ahí a mi hijo. El personal bastante atento.

The rooms had mosquitoes all over the shower, the room was dirty, no hot water, we had to change rooms due to the dirtyness.

One of the best kept secrets in Guadalajara. The Camino Real is for travelers who desire a low density hotel with beautiful landscaping, gardens and several swimming pools and outstanding staff and service. And the value for the price is a Bargain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
