Super amplio y seguro el estacionamiento y el aire genial. Habitación limpia y en la mañana super que te ponen cafecito, te y pan. Genial que tienen muchas habitaciones en planta baja por si vas con alguien que no puede subir escaleras.

Ya tiene tiempo que reservamos en este hotel, y siempre que vamos a llegar a Saltillo, procuramos reservar en este hotel porque lo encontramos muy limpio, buena presentación, las habitaciones siempre limpias. Cómo al siguiente día tenemos una reunión importante agradezco que haya con que planchar la ropa. Todo muy ordenado y no hay ruido por lo cual se descansa muy bien, al grado que no quieres despertar.

For the most part the hotel is nice, reception super nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, not swept or cleaned. Shower was full of hair from previous client, toilet rim stained with pee.

Staff was excellent. I chose this hotel because of the review rating. The room smelled strange, sheets on both beds had yellow stains. Beds had hair balls on them. It was just in general dirty. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. When the neighbor went to the bathroom, we got a hint of urine aroma. Not good. Went be back
