The staff was helpful and impressive

There was many things that stood out to me about this property, I only stayed one night because I had a flight the next day. When checking in , we had suitcases and luggage where we asked if somebody could bring them up for us, they said that the people that bring the luggage were on breakfast and couldn't help us. Which I understand people are on their breaks, but they didn't even offer to help bring up our things at a later time . Once we got upstairs I tried turning on the tv and none of the channels were working , it said their was no cable and no signal and I tried throughout my stay to switch the channels and it never worked. After I came back from the beach my family and I wanted to take a shower , I begin showering and when I open the curtain to step out, the whole bathroom was covered in water ! I told my mom to call the front desk to which they replied "its the shower isn't it? " and they brought up some towels. If you know a room is not suitable for guests and needs maintenance why would you allow guests to stay here? Well to make matters worse, that night I had to do check-in for an international flight(I was flying back to the US) and the wifi was not working ! Completely frustrating, that is something that needs to be fixed! You can't have a hotel with no wifi especially in a place where people are flying in-and-out. I don't like to typically write reviews and especially if this hotel is a small business , I'm not sure , but please fix these things.

It would have been nice to a ice machine

Nice staff, perfect location in Crucecita, close to beaches and excellent restaurants.

This place is a bargain for such a well finished hotel with a large outdoor pool. Staff all very helpful

The hotel is good but average, if you plan to be out most of the day and just need the hotel for the night and for some breakfast and do not care too much about comfort/amenities, this is for you. The staff is super amicable and supportive.

Casa Danna is an affordable hotel. It has many pros like walk ability to two of the bay beaches and the main grocery in town. Cons are no mini fridge or ice machine to keep drinks cool. For some reason our room had little to no hot water, no issue if you shower after a stroll or in the afternoon when is Hot! Their pool is ok. No view but we knew that. Room decent size. TV options not the best but not a biggie since we were there just to sleep. Bathroom needs renovation in my opinion. Things are starting to look moldy. Especially the shower curtain. I’d like to see more options in their restaurant menu. Recommend their waffles, they are delicious. All in all a good hotel.

Very clean and quiet hotel at a decent price. Staff was friendly and my room was large and comfortable. Most rooms have a patio and there is a decent pool too. Above all, this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere. The location is good if you are OK walking a bit. It’s not in the heart of the tourist area, but it’s a 5 minute walk to Chahue beach, 12 minutes to Santa Cruz beach and 15 minute walk to Crucecita. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the large department store (across a street) with some restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I asked for a small fridge for our room and got one. I would certainly stay here again. A few items I wish they would improve: there is no coffee machine in the room, there is only one chair in the room, so not great for two people on the patio and closet space is limited. Overall, I plan to return and enjoyed staying there.

This was our second visit to Casa Danna. Staff are courteous and always available. When we asked for a specific room and the amenity of a fridge, both were provided at no extra charge and with no difficulty.

This was our third time staying at Casa Danna Huatulco. This hotel is our first choice when booking and is always a nice place to stay. It's not fancy but it's safe, clean and quiet. The pool area is great. The staff are always friendly. Bahía Chahué is within walking distance. What more does a person need?
