El internet falla un poco nada más eso,todo lo demás muy bien

There was many things that stood out to me about this property, I only stayed one night because I had a flight the next day. When checking in , we had suitcases and luggage where we asked if somebody could bring them up for us, they said that the people that bring the luggage were on breakfast and couldn't help us. Which I understand people are on their breaks, but they didn't even offer to help bring up our things at a later time . Once we got upstairs I tried turning on the tv and none of the channels were working , it said their was no cable and no signal and I tried throughout my stay to switch the channels and it never worked. After I came back from the beach my family and I wanted to take a shower , I begin showering and when I open the curtain to step out, the whole bathroom was covered in water ! I told my mom to call the front desk to which they replied "its the shower isn't it? " and they brought up some towels. If you know a room is not suitable for guests and needs maintenance why would you allow guests to stay here? Well to make matters worse, that night I had to do check-in for an international flight(I was flying back to the US) and the wifi was not working ! Completely frustrating, that is something that needs to be fixed! You can't have a hotel with no wifi especially in a place where people are flying in-and-out. I don't like to typically write reviews and especially if this hotel is a small business , I'm not sure , but please fix these things.

Muy tranquilo la ubicación está excelente, todas las playas están a solo unos minutos en vehículo, los cuartos muy limpios, el personal muy desente y amable, sin duda reservaria de nuevo

Hotel pequeño con buen servicio. Los desayunos son buenos, el cuarto que nos asignaron no tenía balcón y tenía mal olor el cubo. El aire después de algunas horas hacia un poco de ruido. Todo lo demás estuvo bien.

Mala atención por parte de los encargados y recepción. CUIDADO EL HOTEL CANCELAN LAS RESERVACIONES CON TAL DE OFRECERLAS A OTRAS PERSONAS. NUMCA REALIZARÉ RESERVACIONES EN ESE HOTEL.

Nunca me había tocado un hotel que fuera tan estricto con sus reglas, el personal de mostrador te las lee y te remarca con muy poco tacto, te las tienen pegadas el la habitación , por ejemplo que teníamos que cuidar y fijarnos que tuviéramos 5 toallas porque si nos faltaba una no las iban cobrar. ( las toallas todas percudidas) Al hacer el check out también nos detuvieron hasta que fueran inspeccionar la habitación.

El servicio de recepción y camaristas bueno. Si me volveria a Hospedar

La ubicación es excelente, la playa está cerca, aunque no es apta para nadar es genial para pasar el día. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y todo funcional. La limpieza excelente. Lo único que faltan son más espejos en la habitación, solo hay uno en el baño. Definitivamente volveré el próximo año.

Es un buen lugar, la pasé muy bien con mi familia, la chica que prepara los omelets es muy atenta y amable el desayuno muy rico

It would have been nice to a ice machine

Hotel cómodo, habitaciones limpias y con las amenidades suficientes; lo que más me gustó fue la cercanía con una playa prácticamente virgen a solo 3 minutos caminando.

Nice staff, perfect location in Crucecita, close to beaches and excellent restaurants.
