Wonderful stay. Beautifully designed property and spacious, clean rooms. Great location with great parks and restaurants all within a couple of blocks.

Casa Decu is an absolute gem! The property is amazing and my suite was beautiful! The staff always greeted me with a smile and friendly conversation. The property was always clean and tidy. I have told everyone where I was staying and how lovely it was. Breakfast was served daily and delicious! Enjoying my meal on the roof top with fresh coffee was the best way to start my day while in CDMX. There were so many shops and restaurants in walking distance from the front door along with the beautiful Mexico City park. I will return to Casa Decu.

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of beautiful Mexico City barrio La Condesa. The staff is extremely helpful. I booked room for one person and later my friend decided to join me. I mailed to the hotel about it and they arranged room with sofa bed for two of us with no additional charge. Breakfast on the terrace is tasty and has a lot of choices. It was nice to start the day. The location is unbeatable, you can walk everywhere or take uber to any other place. A lot of amazing restaurants and bars around: try Caracol Del Mar, Bartla or Canopia for great gastronomical experiences. Highly recommended! Thank you, Casa Decu!

Centrally located property, quiet with plenty of dining options available.

Casa Decu’s location in La Condesa is perfect — walking distance to amazing restaurants and Parque México, where people run, walk, and spend time with their dogs. The neighborhood feels very family-friendly and full of life. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the double suite worked perfectly for our family since I was traveling with my two older sons. Having separate rooms made the stay much more comfortable for us. The hotel itself is stylish, hip, and beautifully designed. The rooftop area is especially relaxing, filled with plants and overlooking the beauty of La Condesa. It is also where they serve their delicious breakfast. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so you’ll be going up and down stairs often. I personally didn’t mind because I considered it part of my daily exercise, but it may not be ideal for everyone. The rooms also do not have air conditioning, though the fans they provided kept the room comfortable. Still, if you prefer a very cold room, this may not be the best fit for you. Overall, I truly loved staying at Casa Decu and would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Everything was great!

Location is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The terrace was very pleasant and having breakfast there was a great morning moment. I would definitely come back. My only 2 complaints were that the windows face the alley and it can get really loud when people passes by. Also, the room has a lot of light at night (I know many people appreciate this but I like full blackout and we couldn’t find the switch to those lights).

10/10 Beautiful building with 24 hour Security. Walking distance to everything. On a quiet street, awesome rooftop terrace with great breakfast. 100% would recommend! We plan on staying here again on our next vacation to Mexico City.

Casa Decu was EXCEPTIONAL!! We loved our stay! The staff was friendly, the building is beautiful! You can see the pride they've taken into their hotel on every detail. The room was perfect, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Shower was great too! We've notice that in Mexico many places have issues with the shower water pressure and mold, not Casa Decu! They have a terrace that serves delicious breakfast and it's very cosy! 2 things to know in case they're important to you: no elevator, no A/C but they have a fan in the room and the staff will help you with your luggage up the stairs.

Pretty hotel, scripted courtesy, absolutely no exceptions policy and zero colaborarion with Expedia after booking was made for changes. If you like bright rooms, loose floor tiles, no a/c, climbing 4 flights of stairs (because of no elevator), listening to everyone walk by your window at all times (remember, no A/C), and listening to multiple flushes down the drain pipe that goes down along the room's terrace, this is the place for you. Positives: very well located, nice spaces, pretty rooftop, clean, nice design.

My only complaint was that they sent a car to pick me up at the airport and it was a nightmare that took two hours, They didn't take any responsibility for their end of the arrangement so I wasn't happy. I feel like they could have done better.

Great location. Recommend the superior suite room. Reg double room is odd and too small. Superior suite was very comfortable and quiet as it faced back light well. Front desk reception is a bit quixotic. Staff is young and they seem ill at ease. Wanted to use the bikes and thought we had that arranged when we came by the morning of our check in. Turns out they only have 3 and they are not reservable- its first come first serve. Totally fair- but reception person didnt do a good job of saying that up front when we initially asked. Roof top terrace is lovely. Nice breakfast/ although only the continental Portion is included in your room price. Any breakfast dishes are additional charges. Again communication at front desk needs more clarity since they tell you your breakfast is included. But otherwise fine accomodation.

Casa Decu was a perfect location to stay during our visit to Mexico City. The area was very safe, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the people at the desk spoke English well. The rooftop breakfast was perfect and the room was very comfortable. It did have many stairs, but that was not a problem for us.

Rooftop terrace is amazing. Free coffee tea all day in gorgeous setting. Brings friends up to enjoy a cocktail. Very friendly and helpful staff. Building is historical Art Deco. No elevator. Would highly recommend if a few stairs don’t bother you

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Decu. Excellent room, comfortable beds and a great breakfast served on their rooftop.. Love the location , walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops.. Most of all, friendly staff from doorman to front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff. Would definitely stay here again..
