比較的安全・閑静な地区にあり、ホテルのエントランスにもセキュリティがいる。部屋にセーフティボックスもある。 ホテル全体のデザインは洗練されている。 土曜の夜の滞在はかなりの深夜まで近所のクラブの騒ぎが響いたが、それ以外は静かで過ごしやすかった。

Spotless

Staff was good. Overall clean place. Website is a little misleading, as the hotel has no cafes or restaurants of its own. No swimming pool. It’s called a hotel but felt more like living in apartments with no amenities apart from breakfast at the terrace.

This was an excellent hotel choice. Staff very helpful and after we had an additional logistics issue, assisted us even more.

Great location if youre looking to explore Condesa

Mediocre service that contracted the worst massage appointment of my life. Rooms are spacious and look nice, but have quality issues--such as cracked tiles on the floor or sound bleed from other rooms. I could hear someone using the bathroom and singing in another room. The neighborhood of Condessa is stunning tho. Truly spectacular place to walk around at all times of the day.

The hotel is not cozy at all and needs to improve big time. I had 2 reservations and ended up cancelling the second for the night of the 22nd and moved to Casa Cuenca where I really felt like I was staying at a boutique hotel, for a cheaper fee ($194 as opposed to $226). Here are my comments on what you need to improve to deliver the value on your fee: - Suite lightning is terrible and does not create a cozy environment. It's dark but not in a nice way and lacks indirect lightning - Both bed linens and towels had very low quality with a rough touch - The ceiling is horrible, you should consider lining it - The shower is way too low so that I couldn't fit below it - The shower door doesn't close properly splashing the whole bathroom - Even though a big chunk of the suit is tiled flooring and it's winter time, there were no slippers or bath robe available You should either lower your fee considerably or else learn with the real boutique hotels. I'd recommend staying at Casa Cuenca for one night to understand what I am talking about.

Nice clean rooms. Super helpful front desk. My daughter got a very bad stomach issue and they even researched the doctor and hospital for us.

The front desk staff are exceptionally sweet and kind. The room was spotless and a good size. It's a nice hotel in a great neighborhood convenient to many restaurants and cafes. However, there is no elevator and the spiral staircases are narrow and need to be used to get to the rooftop for amenities. If you have mobility issues, navigating this hotel can be challenging.

The room was very average, small bed, no A/C, no heating, just a small portable space heater, no insulation, cleanliness of the bed sheets questionable, smoke detector disconnected, poor quality and choices for breakfast, had to go outside to eat. We had two rooms, one with breakfast include one without. At checkout the 2 meals were billed eventhough 4 fir the orher room wete not consumed. Location eas good, but that is about it. First time I leave a review.

My husband and I had a lovely experience at Casa Decu. The hotel was beautiful with a friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh. Would stay here again!
