比較的安全・閑静な地区にあり、ホテルのエントランスにもセキュリティがいる。部屋にセーフティボックスもある。 ホテル全体のデザインは洗練されている。 土曜の夜の滞在はかなりの深夜まで近所のクラブの騒ぎが響いたが、それ以外は静かで過ごしやすかった。

Staff was so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Loved the breakfast - the fruit was so juicy and fresh!

Great location. Beautiful rooms. Breakfast and staff were great. A small complaint is that the lobby level is too perfumed, a bit uncomfortable if you have sensitivities or allergies. I would be happy to stay again though.

The staff is super friendly and willing to help! When I was sick, they brought me food and medicine to my room. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality :)

Really lovely and accommodating staff. The room was a perfect size for travelling with a lot of room to spread out. I loved the breakfast on the roof terrace! Also excellent location!

Excellent location close to restaurants , local shops , close to public transportation and walkable to other neighborhoods and parks. I highly recommend staying at Casa Decu.

On the plus side: It's a charming hotel located in a wonderful part of the city. All of the staff I dealt with were courteous and, in a couple of cases, very helpful. The rooms were, overall, nicely appointed (some rough edges notwithstanding). The rooftop terrace was inviting. And the extra-cost full breakfasts that I was fortunate enough to have included in my reservation were delicious. On the minus side: It was noisy (strong thumps and reverberations every time the pump that fills the rooftop cistern shut off; thumps and reverberations from heavy-footed guests overhead walking and moving stuff around; and loud, live, outdoor music from a nearby restaurant one night). And the winding metal staircases to the rooftop can be a little tricky. Despite a lack of sleep, I don't regret my stay because the positives were very positive. And while I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here I would suggest that you try to get a room on a lower floor at the back of the hotel and hope that any guests above you aren't too noisy.

The room was next to an engine room so you can hear an intermittent noise through out the day and night which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Casa Decu was great! Perfect location to walk around in the neighborhoods, friendly staff and clean rooms. The only thing is that is very noisy, the rooms are very echo-y and you can constantly hear the doorbell at all hours of the night as someone has to open the main door for you. Other than that I think it’s a good play to stay!

Nothing went well here. Supposedly had a suite. The actual room was minimal…lots of dead space for “ luggage”. Unhelpful staff when asked if they could somehow put us in touch with medical help. The breakfast was difficult to manage as the help did not speak much English although most of the clientele were American or Canadian. We checked out early. The location was good.

Casa Decu was the perfect home base for my trip to Mexico City. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of La Condesa, surrounded by beautiful tree-lined streets, great restaurants, cafés, and parks. It’s the ideal spot for exploring the city on foot while still feeling tucked away in a calm, stylish neighborhood. The rooftop patio was truly a highlight. It’s beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect place to start the day with breakfast or wind down in the evening. The views over Condesa are charming, and the space feels both upscale and welcoming. What really sets Casa Decu apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or assisting with small requests, they made the stay feel effortless and personal. Casa Decu combines boutique charm, an unbeatable location, and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Casa Decu is a lovely boutique hotel in the Condesa neighborhood. It’s quiet, comfortable and in a great location.

Loved our stay here. Disclaimer: No stairs, no central heating or AC Very walkable to many stores and restaurants, the temperature was fine in November, rooftop breakfast was great! Support the locals and book hotels instead of airbnbs!
