The room was dirty, still had clothes and trash from previous people, walls and doors were brown with dirt when should have been white, no signal on the TVs, locks on doors and windows flimsy, some broken or about to break….. gentleman at the check in was pleasant but was gone early and wasn’t back till late morning…. Just not what I was expecting from the pictures Should have read reviews better before booking

The place is very dirty, horrible smell I can’t believe how this place is open, If you can choose another hotel do it Everything is in really bad shape the picture in this website is totally fake

Walls dirty, sheets with stains... needs maintenance.

Ocupa serio mantenimiento las puertas están en condiciones horripilantes la regadera avienta agua por todos lados las toallas están viejas la puerta del baño no cierra los aires ocupan mantenimiento la piscina no servía en definitiva no concuerda con la fotos las habitaciones.

Very dirty and outdated place. We could not stay there for the time of our vacations. Communication with the staff only in Spanish nobody speaks English. Stay away from this place!!!! I

The overall stay was good and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. However, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked, which was disappointing. While the alternative room was still open clean and comfortable, it didn’t have the specific features or layout we were expecting, like a loft bed we had anticipated for our 9 year old son. It would’ve been helpful to have been notified in advance or offered a choice. That said, the service was decent and the location worked well for our needs as we spent a majority of our time out exploring.

My room was very spacious. It was clean I enjoyed the two balconies and the bed was very comfortable m. Dishes, pots and pans were not the greatest, but if you complain, I managed to get two brand new frying pans! In the kitchen, I only had one water faucet, cold water. I had to hear my water for dishes. That wasn’t too bad. They did not supply drinking water. That was a tough one, because my water supply was transported on my back (71 yrs old). The staff were friendly except for one sour puss at the office. Zucette was in the office was a sweetheart! Language barrier with all the staff

I stayed in this property February didn’t get a chance to review it. The pool is tiny and in an inconvenient spot. Don’t think it’s cleaned regularly. You can probably wet your feet in it or stand awkwardly but not swim. The penthouse apartment was nicely decorated, but not necessarily a “penthouse.” I paid extra for breakfast included, and there is no breakfast there.. The area is out the way and not near downtown (by walking). You’ll need a car or taxi for sure. I wouldn’t stay again

Everything great for the price

This shouould be for a child. Do not advertise that you have a kitchen when there are no utensils other than One plastic spoon, one broken pot two lids that dont match anything. Plus no drinking water the soap is in a ketchup bottlle

Not much has changed from previous stays at this property. The staff are friendly and helpful, willing to provide service when required. The area around is not a reflection on the property itself, because it is located in a residential part of the city. Management have attempted to maintain the property to a good standard, especially after the recent storm weather! Overall I chose this property because I have had long stays in the past, which had been comfortable, and the rates are very good.

Very inconvenient location it is not possible to walk from the hotel you would need to take a taxi. The pool advertised is so small and dirty you definitely cannot swim in it you could maybe stand in it or just put your feet in but it’s in such an awkward spot there was never anyone using it. There was no breakfast available and no rooftop terrace as promised. The safe didn’t work, the TV didn’t turn on and was so tiny and when we would come back at the end of the day we would find our room an absolute sauna as the fan and AC were shut off by the staff. Would definitely not recommend staying here we ended up moving to a different hotel. It was our honeymoon and we were so disappointed. We tried reaching out to Expedia but we’re not able to receive any compensation. Do not book

Apartment was clean but warn out. Paint was warned off on doors and walls, toilet seat bolts rusted off, stove was covered in rust and baked on grease, dishes stained from years of use, and broken safe. The kitchen was not functional. Fridge did not cool, stove propane full but could not get pilot to light, minimal cookware. Selected condo to prepare meals, had additional $2,000 in food expenses since no functioning kitchen. Not told until arrival that you could not flush toilet paper down the toilet. This is common but it was not stated on Travelocity posting. Pictures on the posting were misleading. Property owners posted pictures for all the units available plus sister property. Pictures I thought would be our condo turned out to be for Casa Luca. Pictures must be from first built because the unit was very much worn out and not fresh as the pictures displayed. Pictures gave an appearance of more space. 2nd bedroom did not have air conditioning unit. Door must stay open at nighttime to receive cool air from common aera. Cement furniture and bed bases with thin mattress. This is common but should have thicker padding to not feel cement while sleeping. WIFI not consistent. Strong signal if in the common area but no signal in bedrooms. Pool was small and close to units. Pictures made pool appear larger and hid closeness to the first-floor units. To respect tenants, we could not use the pool as we would accidently splash on to their sitting area or the kids. Loud neighbors.

I appreciate that at the hotel was calm, it's about 20 - 30 minutes from downtown, so without any city noises. The service was nice and helpful if you needed some information.

Met our needs. Basic room with kitchenette. Clean, quiet, reasonable price.

Great spot if you want to be away from the downtown area. Trying to get a taxi is very challenging and costly.
