Cumple si solo es para pasar la noche o de paso, un día entero sin wifi, hoy en día es algo ya básico.

La peor experiencia, jamás me volvería a hospedar ahí. Pésima atención y el depa que me tocó olía a cigarro todo el tiempo y en momentos a marihuana, yo iba con mi familia y me quedé diario y no hicieron nada al respecto

Internally the room was clean & presentable. No difference from previous stays. Very disappointed the elevator was not working, considering having to climb to the top floor with heavy luggage. Ouside balcony was in dire need of painting! Cleaning staff where exceptional, and other staff very friendly.

The hotel is clean and very simple, I liked having access to a full kitchen although this hotel is a bit far from the main attractions of Cancun and playa del Carmen if you do not rent a car. The staff was very nice .

Las habitaciones tan amplias pero los cuartos no estan limpios las camos estan sucias tengo fotos nos salieron tecuejos y no te limpian las habitación yo no lo recomiendo hay mas hoteles con buena ubicación y al mismo costo

It was about 7pm. There was no staff, the door was locked when we arrived, no communication before, and no one answering Waht’s app phone calls and texting. We only had eSIM. We waited half hour there and luckily other clients walked by and help make a call to the host, finally got in.

The room was great. More then expected. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our time there. Only issue we had booked for penthouse as there was an elevator and after day 3 elevator didn't work so we had to walk all those stairs. I do realize fixing it was out of the employees control so we can't say anything bad or negative about that. Overall I believe we had a great stay. Exactly what we wanted away from the tourist zone.

The room was dirty, still had clothes and trash from previous people, walls and doors were brown with dirt when should have been white, no signal on the TVs, locks on doors and windows flimsy, some broken or about to break….. gentleman at the check in was pleasant but was gone early and wasn’t back till late morning…. Just not what I was expecting from the pictures Should have read reviews better before booking

The place is very dirty, horrible smell I can’t believe how this place is open, If you can choose another hotel do it Everything is in really bad shape the picture in this website is totally fake

Walls dirty, sheets with stains... needs maintenance.

Ocupa serio mantenimiento las puertas están en condiciones horripilantes la regadera avienta agua por todos lados las toallas están viejas la puerta del baño no cierra los aires ocupan mantenimiento la piscina no servía en definitiva no concuerda con la fotos las habitaciones.

Very dirty and outdated place. We could not stay there for the time of our vacations. Communication with the staff only in Spanish nobody speaks English. Stay away from this place!!!! I

La propiedad está. Muy descuidada…. Una habitación no tenía ni clima ni ventilador !!

El lugar es más pequeño de cómo luce en la noche, prendimos el aire acondicionado a las 8 pm que llegamos y enfriaba poco, a las 10:30 menos y 11:30 nada, era imposible dormir, estaba muy caliente el cuarto, ya no había nadie para apoyarnos a esa hora, nos fuimos a dormir a otro lugar, le avisé por WhatsApp a recepción y su respuesta fue: OK, solo OK, ningún interés por ayudar o disculparse por el inconveniente, NADA. Pésima experiencia

The overall stay was good and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. However, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked, which was disappointing. While the alternative room was still open clean and comfortable, it didn’t have the specific features or layout we were expecting, like a loft bed we had anticipated for our 9 year old son. It would’ve been helpful to have been notified in advance or offered a choice. That said, the service was decent and the location worked well for our needs as we spent a majority of our time out exploring.
