Restrooms need to be closed little more better,need to wash or change shower curtain, breakfast area needs to be more clean

I believe room had bed bugs i woke up with a bunch of bites on my legs and back

Hotel room was nice and clean , location was great, this time I was little disappointed,eating area was dirty,coffee maker out of order other, my sister was using computer left her sweater by accident a couple took it . If they did by accident they didn’t even turned it back to front desk so I suggest to make sure when using computer make sure to double check. You get your belongings !

Great customer service

Yes room was in great shape. Only issue was the ac not cooling well and reported it to front desk, they did have maintenance to look at it and then moved me to another room

Location not have a good air conditioning special not in the halls go to the rooms

The stay was good, the breakfast was excellent and the employee talk make was one of the ones in charge of the breakfast line was amazing, making sure the tables were clean and his service was top notch. The only bad thing was that the sofa bed was old, the cushions had weird white stains, the sofa bed was super thing and I could feel the metal springs. Make sure you state you need the extra patting liner for the sofa bed and an extra blanket otherwise you may not get it. They also count everything and take note of pillows, blankets or anything you ask for. (who would want to take that home?)

El hotel está bien situado alejado del ruido de la ciudad ,no nos gustó que no hay aire acondicionado en los pasillos ,al desayuno le doy 3 Estrellas deberían de mejorarlo antes estaba mejor ,está caro para lo que ofrecen .las máquinas del hielo y donde deberían estar los snacks estaban fuera de servicio .Baño no estaba lo suficientemente limpio .

There were roaches in the restroom and the cleaning lady keep coming in at any time to clean. Sometimes she would wake us up to leave the room in order to clean. When I complained to the receptionist, the lady still did it again. For the price of a hotel in Mexico, I was expecting better service and better cleanliness.

I stayed here twice a year and this was the First time I get a dirty room the sheets were stained and second room was dirty too
