Bed sheets had stains All 7 days there was no butter for the toasts , I had to ask for it and in return all I got ( all 7 days) was spoon of margarine No salt and pepper for breakfast If you'd go after 9 am , you could kiss good bye to juice .

No ice machine available on any floors to use,staff was to get me a little bit of ice still ended up going to buy some, hallways are very hot seemed not to have any climate felt like a sauna during the day. Also my shower had very low pressure and hot water was barley any other than that staff was very helpful with anything requested.

This place is always top notch. Always clean, fresh bath towels after each use. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is outstanding. The hotel is at a great location, with a lot of stores and restaurants at walking distance. I been visiting Matamoros for over ten years, this is my favorite hotel. I recommend your stay here.

Restrooms need to be closed little more better,need to wash or change shower curtain, breakfast area needs to be more clean

I believe room had bed bugs i woke up with a bunch of bites on my legs and back

Hotel room was nice and clean , location was great, this time I was little disappointed,eating area was dirty,coffee maker out of order other, my sister was using computer left her sweater by accident a couple took it . If they did by accident they didn’t even turned it back to front desk so I suggest to make sure when using computer make sure to double check. You get your belongings !

Great customer service

Yes room was in great shape. Only issue was the ac not cooling well and reported it to front desk, they did have maintenance to look at it and then moved me to another room
