Loved the stylishly decorated suite rooms and charm of this older inn in a great neighborhood. The bathroom was too dark and the smell from the shower drain was not good. The AC also rattled like a truck.

Brown colored water came out of the shower and sinks that smelled extremely bad. The water was like this my entire stay. It smelled so bad I had to skip taking showers or take showers at another place nearby. The water in their storage cistern is extremely contaminated and the staff never rectified the issue.

Pros: location in Colonia Americana, Tercio restaurant right out front, secure, friendly staff, modern decor and roomier than a hotel, air conditioning, allowed pets. Cons: not cleaned well, i.e. floor and water glasses were dirty, shower had peeling paint. Staff is not responsive to requests: one set of travel size shower products were not replaced even with requests made, no flatware, plates or microwave provided,

This property is super cute. The bungalow had a mini fridge and an induction burner but nothing to cook with not even dishes or utensils which was odd. You can walk over to the main hotel if you want to use the pool. Our biggest complaint was that it took 40 minutes to get our car when we checked out. We were going straight to the airport and this really ate into our extra time so we were really stressed. Also I'm not sure if we were supposed to leave our key at the front desk. It was not mentioned when we arrived but then when we came back a different person tried to get our key from a filing cabinet so we were pretty confused. Bed was super comfortable & overall a great place to stay for the price.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff who made checking in an absolute breeze. The bungalow itself is absolutely stunning!! My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I especially loved the on-site cafe/bakery with delicious food and an inviting atmosphere. The hotel’s location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can't wait to visit again

I have been at the bungalows Demetria several times and it has always been a great and a pleasant place to stay in Guadalajara. Cozy and homey bungalows with the nicest and always friendly stuff . Special thanks to Azucena and Oliver receptionists and Isabai, Abraham, Mariana and Gael the best maids. This time we missed Carlos Valencia (Reception)

We have stayed here often. Sadly at 8am a gas truck pulled up to service the hotel, blowing diesel fumes directly into our room for a half hour. There never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. There were no glasses or kitchen supplies of any kind in our kitchen. The coffee shop/restaurant in the building never opened. I don’t know… everything just seemed a bit sad.
