I’ve been staying for over 4yrs. Every time I come to GDL this is the place to stay. Unfortunately, the place hasn’t been kept up to date. The walls are falling apart, mold everywhere in the room, the smell of sewage comes out of the toilet, some lights don’t work, etc. if the website allows me I will post pictures. This was the last time staying here. It’s a shame. I love d this place but unfortunately will never stay here in the future.

Great location. Friendly staff. Some spoke English, others we used google translate. I was not a fan of the black wall paint. But I loved the living room and bedroom. Comfortable bed.

We were given a room that had a lot of maintenance problems. They gave us a new room that was better. Very little natural light in both rooms.

Bathroom tub was really dirty and felt like everything was about to fall apart.

Loved the stylishly decorated suite rooms and charm of this older inn in a great neighborhood. The bathroom was too dark and the smell from the shower drain was not good. The AC also rattled like a truck.

Brown colored water came out of the shower and sinks that smelled extremely bad. The water was like this my entire stay. It smelled so bad I had to skip taking showers or take showers at another place nearby. The water in their storage cistern is extremely contaminated and the staff never rectified the issue.

All the furniture is filthy and the water coming from their underground cistern that feeds the showers and faucets has an extremely foul odor almost like the smell of something rotten or unsanitary.

the privacy of the bungalows is optimal, the size of the rooms/suites are big, the ambience is serene, the space is memorable. the best in Guadalajara!

Cozy cottage style hotel. Comfortable and in a great area. I’ve stayed there a number of times and still will.

Pros: location in Colonia Americana, Tercio restaurant right out front, secure, friendly staff, modern decor and roomier than a hotel, air conditioning, allowed pets. Cons: not cleaned well, i.e. floor and water glasses were dirty, shower had peeling paint. Staff is not responsive to requests: one set of travel size shower products were not replaced even with requests made, no flatware, plates or microwave provided,

Loved it!

This property is super cute. The bungalow had a mini fridge and an induction burner but nothing to cook with not even dishes or utensils which was odd. You can walk over to the main hotel if you want to use the pool. Our biggest complaint was that it took 40 minutes to get our car when we checked out. We were going straight to the airport and this really ate into our extra time so we were really stressed. Also I'm not sure if we were supposed to leave our key at the front desk. It was not mentioned when we arrived but then when we came back a different person tried to get our key from a filing cabinet so we were pretty confused. Bed was super comfortable & overall a great place to stay for the price.

It was a great stay, although only for two nights, I loved it. It’s close to everything and there is someone at the front desk 24/7 plus the little cafe attached was remarkably good!

My second time here. Love this place so much! Chic and great location. I wish I lived here.
