The staff impressed me a lot. The menu of the restaurant was all in Spanish and since I don't know what some words meant the Manager sat down with us and took the time to explain. I also learned that this hotel is under new management since beginning of February 2019. Future pla ns is to translate the menu in English in due course.

Mold in the shower. Constant beeping of multiple smoke alarms, no WiFi in room, no Do Not disturb sign so woken up by maid every day. No blanket or towels, had to ask.

There is so much wrong with this place. We had a lamp in our room taped with electoral tape and had a whole different connection to it. The bedroom had a roach in there. I was to ask for some towels and extra blankets. The bed was so stiff. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The shower floor and bathroom floor looked dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The little closet was broken. The pool looked rundown. THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE ARE A LIE! This place was expensive for how run down it was. I was disgusted. On top of the expensive cost for breakfast. I would never again.
