Good place

I wanted to like this hotel but there was no elevator and the hotel was about four floors all stairs. The WiFi did not work. There was NO Hot water and there was no hand towels. The staff was not the nicest either. I would not come back

Mold in the shower. Constant beeping of multiple smoke alarms, no WiFi in room, no Do Not disturb sign so woken up by maid every day. No blanket or towels, had to ask.

There is so much wrong with this place. We had a lamp in our room taped with electoral tape and had a whole different connection to it. The bedroom had a roach in there. I was to ask for some towels and extra blankets. The bed was so stiff. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The shower floor and bathroom floor looked dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The little closet was broken. The pool looked rundown. THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE ARE A LIE! This place was expensive for how run down it was. I was disgusted. On top of the expensive cost for breakfast. I would never again.

For the price this is a very nice hotel, we are at the end of just over two weeks of travel around Mexico. This hotel came in second of 4 hotels we stayed at. More maintenance and paint and it could charge twice as much!

We found hairs in the linens, room was not that cleaned. Restroom smelled and a/c did not work.

Good stay for business trips, clean no frills.

A/c didn’t work well. Ceiling fan didn’t work. Pillows and beds were terrible. We asked if there was anything that could be done or if we could cancel and they refused to allow that. Never again.

Unfortunately the pictures don't reflect the poor state of the hotel currently. It is grubby, the pool was unuseable with so many people in it and it wasn't cleaned the entire duration that we stayed. The bed was a rock and there is no wifi on the second floor. I imagine it is a budget friendly hotel for families with lots of children, but not suited to couples or singles. The staff were nice, but not overly friendly.

Not clean feeling

Best seafood buffet I have ever tried, tue to sun 1 to 6 pm

Linens were stained, I asked for clean sheets and the front desk folk just changed me to another room( he was nice enough)that was worst. Towels were stained too. Hotel needs to throw away this kind of stuff is disgusting. Even if you paid for a standard room this is just not acceptable. Didn't have a choice arrive at midnight and need it to rest for the night, I slept on top of the stained towels that look better than the sheets. Housekeeping manager needs to put attention on this.
