Easy access, helpful friendly staff

The door locks didn’t function and there was no AC as listed. The window also didn’t shut or lock.

The walls were very dirty, anything you touched fell apart, and I was literally afraid that somebody was going to break into the door and rob me. I would not recommend staying here

Very simple older non vacation type of hotel. Convenient to bus station. Basic.

The man at the front desk was very nice .We thought the hotel was pet friendly,but it was not

We needed a place to stay during the busy Independence Day Celebrations. There were very few vacancies that we could afford. Eduardo was very helpful. We give him high marks.... The property is basic and austere... but saved us money for the short stay...

Its OK to sleep and expect nothing else. Bed bugs and ac barley works.

I liked that the room had 3 beds to accomodate the five of us. I DID NOT LIKE that the room wasn't ready on time! It wasn't ready until between 4 and 430 PM. I DID NOT LIKE that the room had a very old Air Conditioner that couldn't begin to cool a room 1/10th the size of our room. It needed to be replaced! I COULDN'T SLEEP because of the EXTREME HEAT in our room, so I Called Expedia and left the hotel to drive all night without rest to our next destination. I DID NOT LIKE the man at the Recetion Desk REFUSING TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN EXPEDIA TRIED TO CALL AND RESOLVE OUR AC PROBLEM simply, in his words, "the hotel is full, so I dont need to answer the phone. The Owner can talk to Expedia." He knew Expedia was calling because we told him it was Expedia who was trying to call. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PROPERTY, no matter how desperate you may be!

This is a basic hotel good for sleeping, bathing and doing your business. Not a big deal it’s close to downtown and a few blocks from El Malecón which is the boardwalk at the beach. If all you need is basic necessities this hotel will serve that purpose it is no way near two stars but again it’s cheap accommodations to save you money and enjoy the food in Mazatlan which BTW it’s amazing try Panama Restiarant.

Old delapitated building, no hot water at sink. Did not shower,sink in shower. No amenities at all, language spanish mainly. TV only one chanel in english. Like a dungen. People friendly

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but level of English skills varies from one staff member to the next Cleaning crew went out of their way for us, getting us a table and hangers so we could keep items off the floor May not be to every North American’s liking. But we found this to be good enough (and near enough to the beach) to extend our stay twice Only thing I wish was that their pillows be bigger and firmer
