Hotel Gran Casa Xalisco

Desde que llegue al Hotel fui atendida por Patricia muy amable y explico todo sobre el hotel. Cuarto muy bien en tamaño y todo muy tranquilo.

First they don't have parking.. so have to look for street parking and the area is not secure, in a side street they rent a space for 200 pesos per night. Very bad attention from the personnel, the worst was when we entered the room smelled horrible we thought was from outside but closed the windows and got the AC and still bad.. we searched and found under the sink a bag of trash from many days.. we asked the receptionist to send the cleaning person and it took more than 45min and just took the bag and left.. no disinfection or anything and next to the trash can were all the dishes... the jacuzzi was old and not very clean.. so overall after the candlelight concert we slept and leave in the morning.. We will not go back there or recommended the place.

Did not get the room I paid for. When addressed, the lady said she couldn't do anything about it. Is what it is attitude. Not exactly a welcoming side of town either.

The beds had hairs on both queen beds.. Gross had to sleep on my towels brought from home…. Took forever to open the door for us to go in..

Quiet and convenient

Very bad service, there was no shampoo, no hot water, the room door opened without a key.

Property is very well located, close to downtown historic district.

Hotel had no reception when I showed up and therefore couldn't check in. Yet still charged for the night. I called the hotel twice as well as emailed them and no response ever.

Beware!!!! No hot water on the shower!!!! It was so freaking cold, such a nightmare. Something so basic should be guaranteed. Check in took forever, and the noise from the bar can be easily heard on the rooms. Not a great experience

The staff was fantastic, we had to move to a different room due to ceiling leak. The other room was dirty toilet was disgusting.

if you are a foodie...this is the place. its on the side of a food market...very famous among the real jalisco people. don't miss torta ahogadas de la bicicleta

El hotel es encantador pero un poco antiguo y necesita alguna actualizacion.

Ubicación

no lo recomiendo, el servicio de los empleados es pésimo, no dan atención a las solicitudes, son poco cotes.

La habitacion esta muy amplia y acogedora pero si le hace falta una pintada a las paredes

La estancia fue muy buena. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, por lo que se contactaron conmigo para aclararme y decirme la tarifa de la pensión, la cual tiene un costó extra si ocupas meter o sacar tu coche después de media noche ($50.00), la cual pagué porque el check out sería por la madrugada. Pero al llegar al hotel, me dijeron que no podía tener acceso al estacionamiento porque estaban grabando, que podía meter el coche hasta después de las 10:00 pm, pero sin decirme donde estaba localizado el estacionamiento, ni con quien ver lo del costo ($200.00) más a parte los $50.00 extras. Al final pague por un servicio que no me pudieron brindar, porque deje el vehículo sobre la calle. También hay la opción de parquímetro electrónico/digital, pero nunca me supieron decir como funcionaba, solo me dijeron que no había y que dejará el coche sobre la calle. El personal de recepción muy disperso para el acceso al hotel, dame indicaciones pero ante el cuestionamiento, daba otras indicaciones o bien, no respondía. Otro punto importante, es que en el jardín tenían fiesta (privada) con música en vivo y el ruido era demasiado, no dejan descansar y/o escuchar la televisión en la habitación; lo cual no deja descansar.

Excelente ubicación

No funcionó ni la tv ni el aire acondicionado. Pedí que revisaran; revisaron pero no solucionaron nada.
