El dueño o administrador, siempre de malas, le pedíamos abrir el estacionamiento y se molestaba. El aire acondicionado no enfría nada, estaba super sucio, limpie los filtros y tenia muchísimo polvo.
También el hecho que tanga un horario para entrar y salir si necesitas tu coche no está muy bien. Las instalaciones son viejas pero muy cuidadas. No hacen aseo en los cuartos y cuando lo hicieron no lavaron los baños. No cambian sabanas. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. El lugar en si está padre pero la atención y el mantenimiento dejan mucho que desear.

Nos cambiaron a tres habitaciones distintas, la primera no servía el aire acondicionado, la segunda no tenía agua caliente y en el piso de arriba había trabajos de construcción que nos despertaron a las 7am, la tercera el aire tira mucha agua y la regadera está tapada, el baño olía feo.
La luz en las habitaciones de adentro es mala no tiene buenas lámparas que iluminen, para el estacionamiento tienes que estar pidiendo quien te habrá para sacar el coche. Solo el personal es muy amable y trataron de ayudarnos a resolver los problemas pero sin duda no pueden hacer mucho ya que todo es falta de mucho mantenimiento que en años no se le da al hotel.

Rentamos la mejor habitación del hotel y el baño estaba muy sucio, regadera, inodoro, lavabo, muy muy sucio, como si no se hubieran limpiado en mucho tiempo, sarro y moho por todos lados, lo más terrible fue el agua, tenía un color amarillento y cuando intenté lavarme los dientes sabía terrible. Tienen un problema de cañerías o limpieza de sus tinacos, compramos agua embotellada para asearnos la boca y no nos bañamos, ni hablar de la tina que se pagó y no se pudo usar. El personal amable pero muy ausente.

I wrote a beautiful message as to why I had to cancel. Here’s the message below, and I did not get a refund nor did I get a response at all to what I wrote. It was as if no one ever read it:
Unfortunately, due to a sudden and serious family medical emergency, I am no longer able to travel as planned. This situation was completely unexpected, and it requires my immediate presence and full attention at home. This is a deeply personal and difficult circumstance for my family, and not something I would ever ask consideration for unless it were truly necessary. If you would be so kind, I am respectfully asking whether you might please allow an exception to your cancellation policy and grant a refund. I completely understand your policies and the importance of them, and I would not ask this unless I were in genuine need. I have heard such wonderful things about your hospitality and compassion, which is why I feel comfortable reaching out with this request. Your kindness in this matter would mean more to me than I can properly express during such a challenging time. Thank you sincerely for taking the time to read my message and for any consideration you may be willing to extend. Regardless of the outcome, I truly appreciate your understanding and wish you continued success.

La estancia fue muy buena.
El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, por lo que se contactaron conmigo para aclararme y decirme la tarifa de la pensión, la cual tiene un costó extra si ocupas meter o sacar tu coche después de media noche ($50.00), la cual pagué porque el check out sería por la madrugada.
Pero al llegar al hotel, me dijeron que no podía tener acceso al estacionamiento porque estaban grabando, que podía meter el coche hasta después de las 10:00 pm, pero sin decirme donde estaba localizado el estacionamiento, ni con quien ver lo del costo ($200.00) más a parte los $50.00 extras. Al final pague por un servicio que no me pudieron brindar, porque deje el vehículo sobre la calle.
También hay la opción de parquímetro electrónico/digital, pero nunca me supieron decir como funcionaba, solo me dijeron que no había y que dejará el coche sobre la calle.
El personal de recepción muy disperso para el acceso al hotel, dame indicaciones pero ante el cuestionamiento, daba otras indicaciones o bien, no respondía.
Otro punto importante, es que en el jardín tenían fiesta (privada) con música en vivo y el ruido era demasiado, no dejan descansar y/o escuchar la televisión en la habitación; lo cual no deja descansar.

First they don't have parking.. so have to look for street parking and the area is not secure, in a side street they rent a space for 200 pesos per night. Very bad attention from the personnel, the worst was when we entered the room smelled horrible we thought was from outside but closed the windows and got the AC and still bad.. we searched and found under the sink a bag of trash from many days.. we asked the receptionist to send the cleaning person and it took more than 45min and just took the bag and left.. no disinfection or anything and next to the trash can were all the dishes... the jacuzzi was old and not very clean.. so overall after the candlelight concert we slept and leave in the morning.. We will not go back there or recommended the place.

La señora recepcionista tiene una forma ruda de atender o hablar. No debería de atender en recepción, ya que, pudiera ser un factor que pudiera perjudicar la visita de ese hotel.
