The villas are perfect for a family or group of friends, if you’re going to be there for a couple of days, maybe a 5 minute drive to downtown ixtapa, lots of food and great beaches, the property also has a pool next to the villas which is cool. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to save some money instead of getting an all inclusive hotels by the beach.

Second time staying here, this time it wasn't as pleasant as the first time. It was raining this time and water was coming through the walls and pooling inside the room, front desk wasn't interested in the fact, also one thing that really bothers me is that they only leave 2 towels per room regardless of how many are staying, for us we were 2 adults and 2 kids and front desk suggested kids reuse the adults towels. I would stay there again but I really hope management actually reads these reviews and pays attention to guest complaints.

Property situated in a private area surrounded by beautiful residences. Perfect for someone to get away from traffic and people. I traveled for vacation with little ones who constantly wanted something different so a local store would have been nice for example an Oxxo. The villa was equipped with everything needed to cook but again I wanted convenience as I came to relax. It is raining season so that was expected but the rain flooded our first and second floor. Sr. Miguel was very helpful and quickly moved us to another villa. I think I would have enjoyed my full stay had I stayed but I became member of one f the resorts so we moved on our second day. I would recommend the hotel anytime.

The hotel pool area and rooms were clean. It would have been nice to have to have a mini frig. and coffee maker. Did not like the location which is in a residential area and had to take a 10 min. walk to main street to take public transportation to find a restaurant or convenience store, therefore, having a car rental would've been best for us.

The property is in the middle of a major construction area. On property meal (breakfast only) is VERY limited. Property lighting is very poor — not as depicted in photos. The pool had algae and did not appear to be clean and sanitary. You have to taxi to everything including the beach and meals.The staff was very friendly but limited English making communication difficult. We ended up moving to another hotel 3 days into or 7 day vacation.

Overall this is a good value hotel within a 20 minute walking distance to the Ixtapa commercial zone, restaurants and beach. Upon check-in there were a few items I had to resolve with the staff: safe wasn’t open, no towels and 2 bathroom lights burnt out. They resolved them in a reasonable amount of time. The hotel is clean and rooms are clean. I found it was easy to find a pool chaise in the mornings and afternoons, but evenings were busy. What is missing at this hotel is mini fridges to keep drinks and water cold, and access to a small on-site concession to buy water and snacks. You have to walk 20 minutes to access these things or taxi for 60 pesos.

This is a great place to stay. Staff is superb, friendly, helpful, respectful and caring. I travel quite a bit and this is a place that I will go back to. Oh, the area was just as beautiful, lots of trees, lovely homes, clean, quiet and safe.
