Absolutely horrific. The mattresses are falling apart, street view has parties up to 5 am. Towels must be from the 80’s. Check in was really sketchy. They told us they only had room for one night, and that the following day we would have to be put on waitlist. That is when I checked Expedia and there was availability for our entire stay. The man said I shouldn’t do it through Expedia as I would get an email with a cancellation which was not the case.

Las habitaciones lucen descuidadas, me tocó una que ni pantalla plana tenía, en el baño no salía casi agua, falta personal en la recepción y en general creo que están sobrepasados. La recepción es lenta y no explican bien o atienden como en otros lugares. El estacionamiento es un caos. La alberca luce sucia. No hay siquiera servicio de botones El hotel parece más de 3 estrellas que de 5. Está muy lejos de serlo

This hotel is in a 500 year old Mission, one of the first Spanish buildings in the town. It was very historic and had a ton of interesting details in an incredible beautiful town. However on both nights we were there, Friday and Saturday nights, a large number of ATVs had a rally (there were at least 7-8 of them, some the 4-person kind), and the noise that they made from 9pm-past 11pm was absurd. You could barely hear yourself think, it was so loud. And the exhaust fumes entered straight into the room and stank up the whole place. The whole town was very noisy, and made it impossible to get any sleep. If you’re only functioning senses are your eyes, you’ll be fine. But if you also have ears and a nose, you might want to check to see if there are any ATV rally groups coming in the same day, in which case I advise staying somewhere else, if you plan on sleeping.

Terrible service. Dirty room. Ask for assistance to clean it or a towel so i could clean it my self, staff ignored us. Tvs dont work no a/c. Beds are extremely hard. Toilets dont flush good. Towel for the pool are worst than rags.Hotel has potential but needs work. For the same price or lower you can get a way better hotel with great service and pool.

I really like the hotel but I don’t like the room was dirty and a lot of spiders and another bugs in the room, no hot water to shower. On the beds were not clean and a lot of bugs on the beds so hard to fall sleep we were scare to get bit by them.

Es un hotel hermoso que se quedó en el tiempo...le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza. No tuvimos agua fria en el baño, solo muy caliente imposible de templar. No había blackouts en ventanas. Pero también hubo cosas buenas: El personal muy amable. Muy bien situado, fuimos con mascota y fue muy buena opcion. Porque habia donde pasearla.

A beautiful hotel, however I reserved two rooms one for my husband, daughter & I and another one for my dad and his family & for both it took about 40 minutes for the hot water to run, my father and his family had to shower with cold water. I let the water run until hot water came out but they did not know. The towels were so hard and dry they felt nasty. The tv was in an area that you could not plug it in to watch it which made no sense. Then in the restroom some kind of dry wall plaster thing kept chipping falling all over the bathroom sink and my stuff, I took pictures of it.
