It was in construcción not able to take a good nap , in the Midle of the night really high music in the hotel

My reservation was for 2 adults and a 14 year old minor, but at the time of the reservation the receptionist stated that the minor was supposed to be a 1 year old infant so therefore they charged almost 1800 pesos more.

Very disappointed in this resort, we arrived late and we were shown to our room , we were very uncomfortable with the open kitchen and open space with our neighbour. We went to a grocer the next morning and throughly cleaned our place. It was very gross, but we decided to stick it out for 3 days. By day three we were ready to leave and find a better resort that suited our comfort zone. Unfortunately they would not give us a refund and though they did try to give us another room , we decided to stay put because we had cleaned the room and didn’t want to clean another. So we made the best of an extremely uncomfortable situation. The only internet was by the pool and lobby, we had been told it would be in our room the next day, never saw it,haha . Our bed was so hard, my wife had to put towels down to soften the mattress so she could sleep. No matches for our gas stove, and no hot water in the kitchen, it was so bad it was funny. The birds had free range to visit and leave calling cards. Pool was nice except for the dirty lounges and bird poop on the back of the lounges. The umbrellas were nicely decorated with the bird droppings also, nice to look at when you are relaxing. Every chair and couch were uncomfortable. Because the kitchens were open, it was very, very loud. Found popcorn kernels under the bed and a discarded plastic cup under the shelf in the kitchen. The resort looked nice in the pictures and the people working there were lovely. Never so happy to leave a holiday.

The beach here was great. There was lots of action, vendors, restaurants. Within the hotel, I really enjoyed the Mexican families, and how happy the children were playing with their siblings and parents. The staff were ver friendly and helpful.

Centrally located in town and on the beach; close to many dining and shopping options.

Went with family, we got 4 rooms, 2 out of the 4 rooms had ticks and bed bugs. Pools didn’t look clean.

Property is nice but I think it’s Overpriced. Can’t enjoy the beach because is overcrowded and loud music playing. No parking on property.

Excellent hotel support staff, specially parking staff were friendly. Front desk staff needs more customer service training, not friendly, always in a hurry, not accommodating. Hotels needs bell boys or at least luggage carts. Pools were clean, perhaps extending hours to 10 pm instead of 8pm. Great location, easy beach access, close to shopping and boat trip to Isla del Coral.

Ancient rooms , pool chairs full of bird poop. Family woke up with what looked like bed bug bites. Told office about the bed bugs they said some people are more prone to it. Asked for a discount they said no.

Our stay was amazing but their system was down and I wasn't able to pay with my debit card . I had to pay out of pocket which I wasn't expecting. The staff wasn't much help at providing information regarding the other payment options. Other then that it was a pleasant experience !

No refrigerator, had to walk a few blocks for cool water. No Uber service. Jacuzzi was too hot. Solicitors hanging around the property at all hours pestering guests to purchase tours. Limited restaurant options

In front if beautiful beach with smooth sand.

This was a different experience from what we are used to. the hotel is very nice, but we were not expecting being a little bit of open space, just a couple of plants divide one room from another, and there is no windows or anything from the kitchen to the outside. the weather was perfect during the day, but a little bit cold in the night and morning. because there is no windows or anything, our room was very cold. this hotel doesn't have a private beach. The parking was for free and it was a little far from the hotel. we needed to leave early the next day and the parking lot was closed with chain, we needed to wait until the guard came to open the gate so we could take our vehicle. overall the experience was different and the kids enjoyed their stay

This was the most amazing place in Guayabitos, it was easily convenient located by the beach and the staff was more then amazing ...we are definitely coming back!!

a great place to spend a week - beautiful beachfront, 2 pools, close to fine dining, bars and shops - much nicer than PV similar facilities, looking forward to returning for a longer stay but getting the next higher rate room (we were there in their single room for 1 night) which has a full kitchen.

We had a fabulous stay here. Everything we hoped for, directly on the beach, early check-in that we requested and a wonderful corner suite. The kitchen and balcony are open air which was fun. The safe in the bedroom is adequate to hold your purse and tablets for safety.There is activity on the beach but not noisy and a delight to watch. Ample restaurants nearby but with restrictive hours so check opening hours when we find a spot that interests you. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Guayabitos. The wifi is a little iffy in the room but, hey, it's Mexico! Wifi's fine at the front desk.

Liked the architecture/colonial style. Parked on the street. At check out we were told we had to pay for water which was never said at check-in. Also told we'd be charged for dirty dishes ( 4 cups, 2 small plates and a knife) no one said we had to do any dishes and it's not like we left very many. Did not have daily maid service so it seems like the least they could do is a few dishes
