We stayed here for four nights! The room was comfortable, a little bit of traffic noise in the mornings, a cute private deck, comfortable bed and good breakfast! We also ate dinner at the restaurant three nights. The pizza was amazing as well as the pesto pasta! Staff were great. We enjoyed the upstairs hot tub as well two nights. We did lots of walking, went to see the butterflies, and enjoyed the side streets and different shops. The price was more than reasonable!! Would return for sure!

It was a nice touch that on the last day of our stay they washed our car free of charge and left a note “YOUR CAR ALSO CAME TO CONSENTER, WE THANK YOU FOR BRINGING IT WITH US BY WASHING IT. HAVE A GOOD TRIP!

The hotel is rustic, but overall well-preserved. The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Valle de Bravo it’s nice but is much, much better on the South side of town. Nicer houses, stores, galleries, and restaurants. Avandaro it’ worth it also.

Beautiful staff, very helpful. We brought my aunt who uses a wheelchair but the hotel is not wheelchair friendly, we rented a beautiful bedroom but it was on a second story, the staff was able to accommodate in the first level by bringing an extra bed to the new room, something we really appreciated it.
