NaNa Vida CDMX

This is a friendly, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel is located in one of the best parts of Mexico City for visitors. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and it felt very safe. One thing for first time visitors is that the only sign for the hotel is a small one by the doorbell. As long as you know the address, you’ll be fine.

Amazing staff and hospitality. The staff took amazing care of us and always offered recommendations, help with our luggage, medicine for nausea, and water/beverages. They never hesitated to provide their support, and truly made our visit to CDMX a wonderful time. We enjoyed all the amenities they had to offer, and we would love to stay here again in the future.

From the moment you check in everyone is so friendly and kind. The Hotel is well kept. Loved the location walking distance to great places to eat. Betsy and Brenda were amazing and attentive. They recommended great shops! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Staff very helpful.

The staff were very inviting and provided several local gifts as well. The room and the whole hotel were clean and had everything we needed. I wish we were able to stay at the hotel longer just to enjoy the space more. Although it's in a busy area (close to amazing restaurants) we slept through the night without any earplugs.

The staff were so amazing. The room itself was so cute and perfect for a couples getaway. I will 100% be back and recommend this place to everyone staying in Roma

I have never stayed in a hotel where the stay is so friendly. They are truly delightful and helpful. It’s a charming boutique hotel with large, clean rooms. It is on the street with cafes so they do supply earplugs and a sound machine if it bothers you. The double pane windows blocked much of the noise and we didn’t need the earplugs or sound machine. They offer plenty of free water, coffee, tea, pan dulce, mezcal, candies, Gatorade, and coke. The hotel is in a trendy, walking, neighborhood with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars. One caveat: it is not handicapped friendly. You must be able to walk up stairs.

Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean. The neighborhood is walkable and fun. Plus they offer every amenity you could need.

Nana Vida was an incredible stay. The rooms are spacious and the hospitality is amazing. We loved the small gifts and treats offered throughout the trip. The rooftop was the perfect place for pastries and cafe de olla. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the free water and drinks. A great place for families too. The staff is friendly and we would stay again when visiting CDMX.

Julian helped check us in and was so kind! He offered us goodies like bracelet, soap, and a dress/shirt that is traditional Mexican clothing. Our rooms were spacious and clean. They offered unlimited free waters and sodas as well. There are other rooms available such as a lounge area, courtyard, rooftop, and business center. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again!

Amazing location, amazing hotel and amazing staff. Despite some noise issues caused by the hot water boiler, these issues are easily outweighed by the quality of the hotel in terms of style, customer driven staff, complimentary snacks / drinks, location and a lovely roof top terrace.
