NaNa Vida CDMX

Increíble la atención y el servicio, todo el staff es muy amable y están muy al pendiente. El hotel es muy lindo, cómodo y el vibe artsy y los detalles Mexican folk le dan un toque fresco, colorido y divertido al espacio. Dormimos muy bien, los amenities 10/10 y toda la experiencia fue excelente. Hay una tiendita de abarrotes, bares, mini restaurants y cafecitos cerca, así que tienes a la mano todo lo necesario. Me encantó que no tiene letrero afuera pero las personas que pasean por ahí te preguntan si vas a Nana Vida si te ven con maletas para ayudarte.

We loved our stay here! Every staff member we spoke to was so kind. They offered us cold water and soda every time we came back to the hotel and there were always free water bottles available which was very appreciated. At check in, they gave us hand made soap which was so nice. They also offered tips and recommendations on what to do around town. The hotel itself and our room were very cute. The unique artwork and decor added to the experience. It's in a great location close to so many restaurants and shops. I will note that we had a room right next to reception and we could hear conversations at the front desk, however it was pretty quite after around 10pm and really wasn't an issue, just not something I'm used to at hotels. They do provide ear plugs and a white noise machine which was nice but we didn't even need them. Overall, we had a great stay. The kind staff and great amenities really made the experience that much better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I'd stay here again.

The staff here is incredible but I do think some disclaimers are important: Pros: - Great staff - daily room cleaning is available, they give you water when you return any time you’d like, there are umbrellas provided and they’re generally really helpful - Location - if you’re doing a lot in Roma it’s a great location - Free kuerig / nespresso coffee you get yourself whenever in the mornings Cons: - So loud, I’m sure we could have complained and been given a different room but that would have required more stairs, they do provide ear plugs and a noise machine but just know it’s right above a bar that plays very loud music until the wee hours of the morning (I live in a city so I imagine coming from a quieter area this would be a lot) - steps to get to your room! A little rough with 50 lb bags so just a heads up it could be even more if you’re on the higher (quieter) floor, not impossible but if you have mobility concerns a heads up - hard to find, see other reviews with photos and tips but you have to be let in each time which I guess is good for security but this goes back to the loud, you hear that doorbell all day and night - room was a little rough, kind of typical boutique hotel stuff where it looks great in photos but in person it’s missing trim, tiles are uneven, bath tub is chipping, etc not terrible and I’ve seen worse but for $200 USD a night there might be better options, this was our first time in CDMX so I don’t have anything to compare it too

Highly recommend for a trip to Mexico City. The location is ideal, close to lots of restaurants and bars and short uber to Zocalo. The room was really spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. Lovely little extra touches throughout the stay including cold water whenever we arrived back at the hotel, a communal coffee/tea station and refreshments on tap. All the staff were so helpful and friendly which made our stay a great experience. Overall excellent value for money and would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was beautifully designed and so peaceful - it felt like a little oasis when we returned each day. The room faced the street but we had no issues with noise - it was so quiet, and beautiful in the morning with the sunlight coming in through the trees outside the window. The room was extremely clean and I appreciated having a full dresser and cabinet for clothing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and there were so many thoughtful details - for instance on our first day we returned to the room to find the housekeeper had brought little baskets and organized our toiletries on the counter. Front desk staff always had good tips and advice and were warm and welcoming. The location is amazing, with so many restaurants and shops on every block. Loved our stay and hope to return some day.

Super happy with my stay. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, always attentive and willing to help with anything you need. Amenities are top notch as well, and the rooms were so spacious! The floors are creaky and you can hear noise from the hallways, but honestly it did not bother me because of the excellent service and location. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well.

We spent a week at this delightful hotel, and the room, staff, and location were perfection. The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and the small extras like handmade soap, coffee, pastries, and candies, plenty of bottled water, soda, and mescal made the time fun and welcoming. I would stay here again any time!

Awesome hotel and location!

We loved our stay in Nana Vida CDMX. All of the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our king bed was comfortable and the room size was generous. The room had a little courtyard to its own. The hotel has a rooftop deck and its a nice place to unwind after touristing or have tea with sunrise. Every morning, there is coffee, tea and pastries available. The location is good to walk and also to Uber to many places in CDMX.

We absolutely loved it here. This is a hidden gem in the La Norte area. The staff went above and beyond to help us and when they found out I was expecting they left me flowers in our room which was the sweetest touch. Definitely stay here!!!

We were delighted with the latest cation and ambience of the property. Staff greeted us warmly with a gift of hand cut soap and a tour of the amenities that included a Mexican candy bar, a 24 hour coffee and sweet bread counter, a complimentary tequila bar, and a wonderful rooftop patio. The staff informed us that they were available to ensure a wonderful stay and they lived up to that promise. Our room was maintained spotlessly and when they saw I used the bath, they provided spa scrubs to enhance my enjoyment. Ever y time we arrived at the property, we were greeted with bottles of water. When time came for our departure, our hosts gave us departure gifts which were unexpected and again like many other kindnesses, totally unexpected. What a wonderful place to stay and from which to enjoy the special neighborhoods of Mexico City.

Great location, staff is very friendly, wifi is fast, rooms are squeaky clean, and they offer a lot of amenities and free goodies like a coffee and pastry bar, artisan soap, drinks, candy, and a bag of coffee for your exit. Their hospitality was above and beyond. I will 100% be back here when visiting Roma!

The staff was very friendly and always happy to help, offer water for our day, and assist in any way they could. Our room and bathroom were always impeccably clean and cafes and restaurants were in walking distance.
