We had reserved the honeymoon room and were quite happy. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The balcony had a gorgeous plunge pool/tub and amazing view of the SkyWheel across the street. Our personal concierge, Jenny, was fabulous. She was incredibly attentive and included some extras for our celebration. We have been to at least 6 different resorts in Cancun and I can honestly say this was the best one so far - especially with it being the low season. The only real downfall was that there were families on the same floor as us and when the younger kids would be playing in the halls and yelling, we could hear it in our room.

There was activity for all ages , we enjoyed the fresh buffet breakfast, the room were cleaned well every day and fridge stuffed ,and New towels , we enjoyed the Neon party, karaoke, fire show, Latin dance, Mexican show, free Massage, water activities , foam party, basketball, volleyball, the hard working stuff, and location across from La IslA Mall , . Thank you Juan Carlos for finding my kids AirPod Case, and the sweater, thank Janet for asking if we need anything. That’s our second visit for the resort.

Nice and comfortable rooms!! Buffet was excellent ! Good a-la-carte restaurants ! Activities for families were extra ! Small resort and it made all the difference! Kids and adults had a lot of fun !!

The hotel was overall 3stars in my opinion, the room was kept clean and there was daily maid service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The main dinning option is the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was 3 out of 5, some things were very good and others not so much. The special menu table were great though, like taco station, stir fire, and tostadas etc. The beach area was great with plenty of chairs and umbrellas which was clean and wide open. For my first all-inclusive hotel I would give it 3stars. But for the price it was not a bad place, and the staff were great.

I called for maintenance on our fridge because it wasn't freezing, since either was melting all the time there was water in the floor, my 3 years old boy was walking around it and he slipped and hit his head, i called the staff twice on it and nobody gave us support. I was really disappointed since I have stayed there a few times and it was always a great experience, but this time it was just really bad bad experience.

Many restaurants and bars were closed. Food at buffet not so good. But breakfast is good love the egg guy! Have been there many times and was a little disappointed but still had a good time.
