San Francisco Business Class

They took way to long to check me in, the lady checking people in seemed very inexperienced and once I got my room the blinds were all broken and the beds were so hard and old with old and dated sheets. Very disappointed.

Disgraceful. Excrement all around the toilet, no towels, hairs all over the very tired sheets, dirty carpets, windowsills and a shower that was unusable. We checked in, went to our rooms and checked straight back out. The hotel told us we’d get a refund and then told Expedia we’d stayed for the 5 nights. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me.

The first night, they let me know the elevator was out of service and they give me the room in the 7th floor. Is not bad but the stairs where very unsafe and dark, i have to take my phone flash light. Next day i ask for diferent room and they move me to 3 floor wich has not views at all same thing withs stairs, the third night they ask told me that they dont allow pets and my daughter have her little companion pet, thay ask me if i can lefmy dog out of the hotel i will be ok to stay. This was told me by the manager herself. I told her that in the website they allow pets, she just say no, or i can complaint to get a refund. When i stay on hotels i be sure to give nice tips to get a great service, this time that do not work, anyway i went to another hotel the flamingo where i got the service i was looking. I love it. Thank you hotel flamingo!

Horrible todo

Shower ater was cold, the head of shower broken, toilet sink was clogged and curtains are broken,they provided a tv controller but no tv in the room.

Elevator was dirty and broken, on our way to our room halway didn't even have light hadto use my cell phone light to locate room. Room was dirty had a very unpleasant smell. Roaches every where . Blinds where dirty and all broken. Hallway had a very strong unpleasant smell.

I love the location

Depends on what you are used to. I would liken what I experienced to a public area that happened to be clean enough to sleep in. The carpet floors reminded me of old casino carpet. It’s a huge building with probably a lot of vacancy in a downtown area. Maybe adjust your expectations. I would say it is worth what they charge for what you get out of it.

Acabo de salir del hotel hace como 30 minutos hoy día 11/17/2023 pésimo servicio la muchacha de reservación se comportó sin ninguna clase de educación faltándome el respeto deben tener más cuidado a quien contratan la reputación de el Hotel cuenta mucho y la verdad con personal como el que tienen ahorita no me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar la muchacha se llama Carmen espero en Dios y los gerentes hagan algo al respecto si no quieren seguir perdiendo personas que se hospeden en ese lugar

There was nothing I liked about this property. First they do not abide by their policy. When I got there they said they had no rooms, no AC, no parking. Even after stating in their amenities that they offer parking, AC. It was the worst experience ever with hotel and Expedia as well. They both refuse to issue a refund even after they were at fault. I booked for two rooms with parking and AC included in the amenities. The front desk rep said they had no rooms available, then she said we have your rooms, but just so you know there is no AC. It was late and I had my kids, so I told her I would take the rooms. Then she said and I quote "Just so you know we do not have parking for your cars" I asked her what do you mean you offer parking and AC in your listing when I booked, she said " well that is just a way to sell out rooms" shame on her customer service and how the hotel handles situations. I asked her to cancel my reservation, she told me I had to go thru Expedia to cancel. I called Expedia and they said the hotel refused. They just blamed each other back and forth. I would like to mention I called Expedia right away to share my experience and a rep advised me he would cancel the reservation and I would get my refund. All of a sudden the call disconnected. I was tired so I called the next day and another rep answered and my refund was denied. I had to pay hotel twice because they refused to issue a refund after they had already said they would. Be very careful with Expedia
