Great service all around, recommend to stay

Disgraceful. Excrement all around the toilet, no towels, hairs all over the very tired sheets, dirty carpets, windowsills and a shower that was unusable. We checked in, went to our rooms and checked straight back out. The hotel told us we’d get a refund and then told Expedia we’d stayed for the 5 nights. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me.

The first night, they let me know the elevator was out of service and they give me the room in the 7th floor. Is not bad but the stairs where very unsafe and dark, i have to take my phone flash light. Next day i ask for diferent room and they move me to 3 floor wich has not views at all same thing withs stairs, the third night they ask told me that they dont allow pets and my daughter have her little companion pet, thay ask me if i can lefmy dog out of the hotel i will be ok to stay. This was told me by the manager herself. I told her that in the website they allow pets, she just say no, or i can complaint to get a refund. When i stay on hotels i be sure to give nice tips to get a great service, this time that do not work, anyway i went to another hotel the flamingo where i got the service i was looking. I love it. Thank you hotel flamingo!

PÉSIMO HOTEL, SUCIO, DESCUIDADO, NO SERVÍA EL ELEVADOR, PERSIANAS ROTAS, MAL OLOR Y MUGRE POR TODA LA HABITACIÓN por la noche algo me picó en la cara, no supe si fue una araña o una chinche y se me hinchó la cara! Tuve que ir al doctor y me tuvieron que inyectar un medicamento para la inflamación! NO ME VUELVO A HOSPEDAR AHÍ NI LOCO… y ojalá nadie lo haga, no se los deseo! PÉSIMA HIGIENE, no entiendo como les permiten operar así….

No había lugar en el estacionamiento y tuve que pagar por fuera

Espantoso Hotel ! No se los recomiendo en absoluto!! No sirve el elevador, no tiene agua caliente, las camas en muy mal estado, las habitaciones sucias así como las sábanas y almohadas viejas y sucias de mal olor ! Y el personal con muy mala atención hasta groseros !

No servia el elevador, nos hicieron subir por una escalera horrible, las camas tenian fierros a los lados con los que me golpee

Shower ater was cold, the head of shower broken, toilet sink was clogged and curtains are broken,they provided a tv controller but no tv in the room.

Llegué y no tenía habitaciones disponibles aún con reservación

Elevator was dirty and broken, on our way to our room halway didn't even have light hadto use my cell phone light to locate room. Room was dirty had a very unpleasant smell. Roaches every where . Blinds where dirty and all broken. Hallway had a very strong unpleasant smell.

Céntrico, de fácil acceso.

Lo que no me gustó fue todo. La limpieza, muebles, iluminación, etc.

En la habitación no servía la tv, no hubo agua caliente y no había muy buena higiene. El personal amable, la zona tranquila.

“Me gustó la cercanía hacia la casa de mi mamá”. No me gustó que hay chinches, cucarachas de todos los tamaños, que el agua se salía de la tina y se quedaba el piso del baño un charqueo. Que no hay agua caliente cuando es necesario. Que no hay suficiente luz natural o de focos especiales, todo obscuro. “No aire acondicionado” y ventiladores no suficientes ni buenos. El único elevador con problemas mecánicos, en mal estado. Todo muy sucio, con pelos en las camas y en los pisos. Olían mal las habitaciones (use dos). Porque??? Por que exigí una habitación más abajo por elevador descompuesto, mis rodillas, y por mi hijo discapacitado. (Estuve en piso 6) luego en el tercer piso.Una recepcionista y gerente o encargada siempre con cara de enojo, nada amables. Además lo último: usaron el pretexto de que llegarían dos “grandes grupos y ocuparían todas las habitaciones”… Todo mundo sabe que ese hotel ya no es “real de Minas” como antes, por lo tanto siempre está vacío!! Hablé con otros huéspedes en días pasados y opinaron lo mismo que yo!!! Porque me quedé?? Por la cercanía a casa de mi mamá!!!

Encontré cucarachas; el elevador se descompuso me toco el piso 8 llevaba una persona en silla de ruedas adulto mayor lo baje por las escaleras
