Me encantó la ubicación y la atención que hubo en todo momento por el personal, el único punto a mejorar sería la ventilación de las habitaciones, al menos en la que me hospedé solamente tenían un ventilador y no había por donde circulara el aire por lo que durante el día se volvía bastante pesado soportar el calor, de ahí en más todo perfecto.

Wonderful unusual little hotel in Polanco, Mexico City Rooms are unique and spacious. Cool Hipster vibe. Nothing fancy but very cool. Staff are very friendly. Will stay there again.

First and foremost, I needed to change my booking after arriving at the hotel very late. The hotel was very accommodating and cooperative. There are 2 ladies working at the property that can help with anything throughout the day. They were more than happy to do my laundry at a moment's notice. The room was comfortable and clean. This is in the best location in Mexico City in Polanco. This neighborhood is a mix of Mexican and European vibes with parks and amazing architecture everywhere. Overall considering the great price I will rate this hotel 10/10.

The only good thing about the house is the location, al the rest Is terrible. The room is dated and not well maintained, the floors were broken and I tripped several times, there was no A/c nor heating, I was told I was gonna get towels later on my check in day but they never arrived, I was not going to use that shower anyway, it looked dirty and not functional at all, and as the cherry on top on the last night of my stay the toilet didn't flush, there was no water so I had to fill a bucket with water from the shower to clean it, because there was no one at the reception for most of the day. I had low expectations because the price was low but nothing prepared me for that. Avoid if possible, and if you must make it only for one night only.

Bastante sucio el cuarto… el piso estaba polvoso y las sábanas y almohadas se sienten viejas y duras… no hay toallas de manos en el baño, solo toallas para bañarte. Además olvidé mi cargador en el cuarto y cuando pregunté si lo tenía me dijeron que no habían reportado nada… mala experiencia

Tuve un accidente en el baño porque el piso de baldosas es altamente resbaladizo, adicionalmente tiene un escalón dentro del baño y otro más para entrar al mismo. Aunque los escalones no tienen que ver, es más peligroso porque con la caída puedes darte en la cabeza en ese filo. Adicionalmente si usas el agua caliente, al rato comienza a salir un olor terrible de la cañería. Yo soy muy tolerante pero a eso súmale la indiferencia de las personas, no recomiendo este hotel. Solo podria recomendar porque está bien ubicado.

Don't let the pictures fool you, the property is not like what its been advertised on the website. The room that we got was not not what we expected and match the pictures that was online. The room was up a flight of stairs and we have huge luggage to carry up. There was no hot water the first day we stayed there. Restroom was kinda dirty. Bed sheets seems dirty. No fridge. Towels was not provided, we had to ask. The room was not soundproof, you can basically hear everything in the whole building.

The property is safe, quiet and very convenient and walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants. The girl at reception is very helpful. Though the check in was after 3pm we arrived early and the room was ready. Restaurant service was fast and good.
