The price for the location was very good. However, when we initially booked the room it never mentioned about the room not having AC. Until we arrived that’s when we also realized there was no AC in our room only a big window with not screen. Also the pictures did not match what we had reserved and seen on Expedia. We got the junior suite and in the picture it showed a desk with a chair and drawers, but when we actually got to a room, there was only a bed with a lot of empty space. However, the staff and the cleaning lady were very helpful when we had questions and concerns about certain things. The Internet was also really slow, it kept bugging and disconnecting. We kept having to use our own hotspot on our phone to get better service.

La propiedad cumple con estar limpia, bien ubicada y servicio eficiente. Por el precio es una buena opción para llegar únicamente a dormir. Nota, los baños son compartidos.

Realmente fue mala la experiencia, las fotos de expedia no coinciden con lo que me dieron de habitación. Aparte se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones. Habían muchos zancudos, y entraba mucha luz a la Habítación. Fue conveniente por la ubicación. Pero me sentí engañada al no tener lo mismo que ofrecen en las fotos. Completamente diferente a lo que ofrecen. No hice reclamo porque llegué tarde al lugar, estaba cansada y lo que pagué fue poco pero de haber sabido que era así, hubiera buscado algo mejor aunque fuera más caro. Si lo que buscan es comodida, un lugar bonito, y que se puedan dormir bien, no les recomiendo el lugar. Todo se escucha, mucha luz, el ventilador es ruidoso, y el aspecto del lugar no es nada como estan en las fotos.

Estaba lindo el lugar, solo hace mucho calor en las habitaciones por poca ventilación y encontramos comida ya pasada en el refrigerador. De ahí en fuera estaba muy comodo

Lo mejor de este lugar es su personal y su ubicación. Ellos me atendieron muy rápido tanto por WhatsApp como en persona. El lugar estaba limpio, pero se puede mejorar. Creo que una silla o un sillón y una mesita no le vendrían mal a la recámara. Cuando llegué a la habitación, no había toallas ni papel higiénico; sin embargo, el personal fue muy pronto para suplirlo.

Las fotos eran unas y el cuarto otro, viejas las instalaciones, nadie nunca me pregunto si me hacia falta algo, no habia papel higienico suficiente. Etc… la television el control no sirve un desastre

A tale of two rooms—excellent service saved our stay We had a very mixed experience at this hotel, starting with a room that was quite disappointing. The initial space felt outdated, had visible mold, and was generally not up to cleanliness standards. Most frustratingly, both the shower and the toilet were non-functional, which made the first part of our stay very difficult. However, the staff—specifically Nicole and Karen—completely turned the situation around. They were professional, empathetic, and worked hard to resolve our issues, acknowledging that the maintenance failures of the first room were unacceptable. They moved us to a renovated room that, while slightly smaller, was a massive improvement. It was cozy, attractive, and spotlessly clean, with everything working perfectly. The contrast between the two rooms was night and day. While the older sections of the hotel clearly need work, the dedication of the staff and the quality of the updated rooms made our stay enjoyable in the end. If you book here, definitely request one of the renovated rooms!

El staff es amable, el lugar pequeño con cocina y lugar para estudiar. Estuvo perfecto solo No hay estacionamiento.

The only good thing about the house is the location, al the rest Is terrible. The room is dated and not well maintained, the floors were broken and I tripped several times, there was no A/c nor heating, I was told I was gonna get towels later on my check in day but they never arrived, I was not going to use that shower anyway, it looked dirty and not functional at all, and as the cherry on top on the last night of my stay the toilet didn't flush, there was no water so I had to fill a bucket with water from the shower to clean it, because there was no one at the reception for most of the day. I had low expectations because the price was low but nothing prepared me for that. Avoid if possible, and if you must make it only for one night only.

This location was not as advertised and was horrible to stay in. I strongly recommend finding ANYWHERE else to stay.

The room was in an awful condition it was absolute false advertisement. Missing floor boards and stank of sewer. Awful stay we would like to request a refund and have proof of photos

Me encantó la ubicación y la atención que hubo en todo momento por el personal, el único punto a mejorar sería la ventilación de las habitaciones, al menos en la que me hospedé solamente tenían un ventilador y no había por donde circulara el aire por lo que durante el día se volvía bastante pesado soportar el calor, de ahí en más todo perfecto.

Bastante sucio el cuarto… el piso estaba polvoso y las sábanas y almohadas se sienten viejas y duras… no hay toallas de manos en el baño, solo toallas para bañarte. Además olvidé mi cargador en el cuarto y cuando pregunté si lo tenía me dijeron que no habían reportado nada… mala experiencia

Me han tratado muy mal porq tenía reservado 15 días y cuando quise contactarles para decir q llegaba yo un par de días después no me contestaron pregierieorkn aggarrar a otro huésped que les pagara más . Estoy muy dolido

Tuve un accidente en el baño porque el piso de baldosas es altamente resbaladizo, adicionalmente tiene un escalón dentro del baño y otro más para entrar al mismo. Aunque los escalones no tienen que ver, es más peligroso porque con la caída puedes darte en la cabeza en ese filo. Adicionalmente si usas el agua caliente, al rato comienza a salir un olor terrible de la cañería. Yo soy muy tolerante pero a eso súmale la indiferencia de las personas, no recomiendo este hotel. Solo podria recomendar porque está bien ubicado.

Don't let the pictures fool you, the property is not like what its been advertised on the website. The room that we got was not not what we expected and match the pictures that was online. The room was up a flight of stairs and we have huge luggage to carry up. There was no hot water the first day we stayed there. Restroom was kinda dirty. Bed sheets seems dirty. No fridge. Towels was not provided, we had to ask. The room was not soundproof, you can basically hear everything in the whole building.
